I booked this hotel for my parents who were there for flight Layover . They really enjoyed the time at the hotel . The best part was the free service from the hotel to the airport and vice-versa. They were not worrried about coming from and going to the airport. The staff was so friendly and my parents were amazed by their hospitality. Thanks to the hotel team. I really appreciate you guys!! Of all the hotels this was the best ever as per my experience and that was due to the receptionist Abu Bakr. He helped me with my booking and at the end of the day Satisfied me with the room he offered because the room i got had a tv issue so he offered me another two rooms out of which i chose one. I'm really impressed with this hotel. The room is spacious and location is good. The only problem that I had during my stay is that my fridge in our room is not working, called the reception to ask for assistance. They've sent a technician and checked the fridge. the technician said that fridge is working and it will cool after 30 mins even if there is no sound coming from the fridge. An hour has passed and our fridge is still not working. We need the fridge for our drinks specially for my medicine. So instead I asked for a bucket of ice and they charged me 10 QAR which is very disappointing.

fantastic value for money, especially as our stay included free transfers to and from the airport. The hotel is older and the furnishings reflect this, but it would be very hard to beat for the price. Great location to be able to walk to the Souq and the waterfront.

Every room has a light which cannot be turned off. I wanted to change the room, but they said that every room has such light. I could not sleep when there was light at night, so I covered the light by a few underwear. The receptionists said that it is a rule in Qatar that every hotel must have such light, but I stayed in 4 hotels, and the other hotels did not have it. All receptionists except for one are men, so it feels a bit like a gay club.

I stayed here 2day 2 night, I want to compliment one man I forgot to ask his name, He's a Indian man, he was doing great jobs , he willing to work, At the first day I was dinner at the restaurant then I can't finished all the food and he asked to packing my food, also offered warming my food anytime i want to eat even called to remind me before he will finish his duty to asking about warming my food also, I am impressed with all the staff of this hotel. coffee shop lady, front office man also my charger not working and then i got help from them ,so i can leave my phone whole night there safely , thank you so much guys. the room very big and comfortable ,the location of this hotel is middle of the city. if anyone need helpfulness staffs and good location, should got this hotel the one of your choice. only bathroom I would like to recommend to the hotel, should separate bathtub and shower area, also swimming pool quite small , Next time I have to return to this hotel for sure.<3
