Fantastic service ”
Whilst not as luxurious and sophisticated as the Peninsula , Shangri la or MO it certainly compared on gratious service and facilities. The more suburban feel of Reppongi was a refreshing change to staying in Maranouchi/Ginza area and offered convenient access to neighbouring areas like Akasak,Shibuya and Omotosanda, All in all a nice stay

Bad Front desk and Duty Manager”
I'm stay for 4 nights in the Grand Hyatt Tokyo ( Twin Room ) first reservation is not under my name, and then they are allowed to me to check in and stay for 4 nights. And then I have next reservation for more 2 nights ( Grand Suite Room ), with also not under my name, and then they are don't allow me to check in. too bad, because the reservation is for me, anyway this my first time like this, I often using my college name on reservation and no problem at all. its better you stay another hotel for this bad staff service especially on the duty manager, I tell him about my first reservation is using another name, and he never want to hear good ( by phone on the room hotel ).

Fantastic hotel ....but you pay for it”
This hotel hits all the right notes for its category- helpful staff, big rooms, attractive design, good internal facilities. Hyatt consistently do well in higher categories (Grand, Park, etc). Location is in the heart of Roppongi. Lots of restaurant choices around you and concierge was very helpful in selecting, booking and managing time in local eateries. But....it costs a lot to stay.

A great hotel with excellent facilities - a very decent gym with a good sized swimming pool. Staff at the hotel were very helpful - We visited during the Sakura season, and concierge was most helpful in pointing out the best places to go for this seasonal attraction, along with making recommendations for food and reservations to our chosen places. There's no shortage of good food options near the hotel, and even a convenience store across the street, along with a medicine shop located closeby. The hotel is also located near a train stop. Highly recommended!

Staff were amazing, rooms were super spacious and close to public transport. We were the only people in the hot tub and pool both times we went there.

ホテル宿泊に慣れていない者とっては備品と場所、使用方法等分かりづらく、また、アメニティも、人数分揃っていなかった。バスタブには、髪の毛が残っていた。
