Excellent Location, connected to Avenue Mall”
It is a new hotel connected to Avenue Mall. Room is big and very clean. Good bathroom size. I had stayed in other hotels in Kuwait, the bathrooms are small and shower are so small that you can't raise your arms. Excellent services provided by the restaurant staff. Breakfast is very good too.

It brings all one expects from such a hotel: all clean, very nice and helpful staff, great breakfast (try the waffles!) and the direct connection with the Avenues Mall is very helpful as it brings in addition to the endless shopping possibilities, a great choice of food from fast-food to higher end, from all corners of the world. The hotel rooms are spacious enough, well equipped (great USB plugs all around) and ver quiet.

Just opened and highly disorganized”
They just opened which is great but the operations is a bit poor. Checkin is at 3pm, we arrive 3:45 pm and they tell us the room is not ready yet, what?! Couldn’t help with basic requests like arranging for taxi transport to the airport. They need to work on their operations and be able to better handle guests inquiries. Also no local maps available from the concierge.

U wasn’t informed before the payment that all the facilities are closed (swimming pool, fitness, ect ....) Even though the price was for whole facilities, why should I pay for 5 stars hotel without using these facilities!
