Amazing view and large, clean and spacious room!”
It was our first time to Japan as a newly-wedded couple and Hilton Tokyo Bay definitely made our trip memorable! The large room was beyond our expectations and when they found out it was our honeymoon, they surprised us with a lovely packet of Japanese sweets! Service was overall friendly, however, only a few receptionists could speak English, so this was a little tricky at times. That being said, they were still extremely friendly and very helpful to guide us towards stuff like buying DisneySea tickets and giving directions for taking the shuttle buses and train. Morning breakfasts were yummy and a wide spread of variety too! Definitely the hotel I would recommend friends visiting Disneyland/sea area!:) Thank you Hilton Tokyo Bay for the lovely experience too!

ok the Disney hotels are great, either on or besides the Disney lots, but they are soooo expensive. the Hilton was either 50% or more cheaper than those hotels. In truth there is not much difference. I love the rooms on the kids floor. my girls had bunk beds. we went their mostly to goto Disneyland so we weren't in the room much, and when we did get back to the rooms, we were so tired that we were mostly sleeping in the room. so hotel was friendly, hotel was clean, kids didn't get hurt from any sharp corners, there was a kid theme throughout the whole kids floor, and inside the rooms. so everything went great. thanks.

Great place to stay!”
This hotel is excellent if you choose to stay close to Disney area. However, It's not too far to the popular areas such as Shinjuku, etc...Take us about 25 minutes to travel to those areas. The only thing that this hotel needs to improve on is their food! Buffet option is limited, bad, and very expensive! We've traveled to many locations and this place has the most expensive and worse food of them all. However, their breakfast is decent but repeat everyday. I would stay here again due to the size of the room, location, cleanliness and friendly staff.

I stay in "the family Happy Magic oceanview with the bunk bed" Room 508, 5th floor It's more than im expected. Great hotel and services. I love everything since i arrived at hotel. Easy Fast and Comfort Hotel is locate near the Bay station which you can take to Disney. There is the bus from hotel to train station. Nice bus with mickey theme. I got upgraded room and very happy with that because my child was very much happy and the oceanview is excellent. Bad thing is only Hotel buffet Breakfast. I think its should be more improved with a kind of foods and the taste of food better to keep on Japanese way. I think its way too chinese taste.

Best hotel i had during my japan stays. Excellent service. Room is very spacious and the breakfast was good. There is even shuttle bus to-fro bayfront station and maihama station. The view i had from the hotel room was breathtaking, we could even see mt fuji from room depending on the weather. I stay there 4d3n, and only 1 of the day, the skies were clear that we can see mt fuji, other days, mt fuji was hiding. Nevertheless, very good view! There is even a 24hours convenience store within the hotel to buy your drinks,tidbits, bento and etc.

Enjoyable stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay”
There is a kids station set up at hotel lobby. We stayed at Magic Ocean Room and the kids were thrilled to play with the kiddy stuff installed within the room. Room is big and we were given 4 single beds which was more than enough for 2adults 2children. Kids amenities were also provided. Hotel was a stone throw away from the station to take Disney Resort Line to Disneysea/Disneyland. V happy with our stay!

Very nice hotel!”
We stayed at Hilton Tokyo Bay with my 2 children! We really enjoy our stay, the staff is very kind and caring about our needs! The monorail to Disneyland/Disneysea is less than 5 minutes walk to the hotel, which is very useful! The breakfast buffet at Lounge 0 is one of the best we ever had! Most of the staff speak English, which helps us a lot! Will definitely come back to Hilton Tokyo Bay!

Great location for Disney Land and Sea”
We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing. The only thing I thought was a bit much was the buffet dinner price. Dont get me wrong the food was amazing but for 2 people and having 1 beer and a glass of house wine came to $204AUD. I think its a bit ridiculous. But other than that there was a convenient store located inside and a disney resort shop.

Family Friendly - Love the kids Room!”
Hilton Tokyo Bay Good family hotel and both adults and kids enjoy it very much. Pros - Spacious room, large capacity. Free transport to bayside station via Mickey bus and hotel busy bring u to JR station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Speak good English. Breakfast is good. They have an awesome gym too! We could have spend more time there. Cons - There are options to stay at hotel within walking distance to Disneyland if that your how purpose. It didn't bother much because our kids enjoy the train & bus ride to Disneyland/Sea. little drama... I book a 6-Seater car to Aiport but was given 9 seater van at a higher price. After much communication they manage to reduce the price to the original price that i was told when i check in. I was then informed that the original price that i was informed is mean for standard sedan. The hotel offered me the same rate after the misunderstanding was a very kind gesture.

Great hotel especially for families”
We stayed in a happy magic room. Our daughter loved having the bunk bed and the Tiara themed room. Close to Bayside station, one stop from Disney Sea and three stops from Disneyland. Would have no hesitation staying here again when I go to the Tokyo Disney Resort

Nice hotel for Disneyland experience”
Free shuttle to the bayside station (for Disney monorail, which you have to pay). Fun decoration in the lobby and our room (The happy magic park) has a bunk bed which makes my kid so happy. The breakfast selection is also good with the kids station option.

We only stayed one night but if I were traveling with -3day passes to Disney it would be my first choice. It is walking distance to the Disney train bc it’s the first hotel right next to the station! It was a fantastic stay and we would go stay again and for more time next visit to Tokyo!

Good hotel”
Hilton tokyo bay is not like your typical hotel. It more caters to disney visitors that wants to stay in the resort area. They have room themes that children would really enjoy. The hotel is quite new and very clean. Staffs can communicate in english and are very helpful. Tried there breakfast and dinner buffet. It was good, but would like to have more popular japanese cuisines in the selection. Over all its a good hotel to stay with family n small children

Hotel is located near to rail station. We were allocated a room where we are able to see tokyo bay and also mount fuji when sky is clear. There is a small disney shop in the ground floor. Shuttle bus is available to fetch u to and for from JR Mamba station.

Great for kids and visiting Disneyland ”
The hotel was fully booked, we stopped over for 4 nights during the rugby World Cup and the Wallabies were also staying at the hotel. But most of the guests were there to go Disneyland like ourselves. I’ve been to many kid friendly resorts but this hotel made me feel normal! There were kids running around the lobby far crazier than my kids who usually take the cup! So just the fact that having a screaming child other than your kid scream the hotel down made me love it and even better no judgemental looks from anyone!!!! Surprisingly during bedtime it’s quite at the restaurants and you can still get some quiet time. But the rush starts back up with families coming back from Disneyland around 9pm to 11pm.

Great Hotel”
The hotel is excellent. It is modern, clean, the service is seamless and the staff is polite, helpful and professional. We stayed at Sheraton nearby as well, and while Sheraton was a larger hotel, Hilton was newer, the ocean views included the Rainbow Bridge from afar and some city lights and were terrific. I was surprised it was 4*, it was in my view a proper 5* international hotel where the staff speaks excellent English and service is top-notch.

Very convenient to Disneyland/DisneySea. Free shuttle bus to Maihama JR station and Disney Resort Line Monorail. Rooms were spacious, kids loved the bunk bed. Didn’t do the buffet breakfast as we were up very early to enter the Parks.

A very children friendly hotel”
This is a hotel that very suitable for family with young children. There is an area to keep our children occupied with few interesting toys and TVs while parents doing their check-in / out or waiting for shuttle bus. There is an convenient store inside the hotel which we also can buy foods, drinks and other necessities. The room is spacious but their carpet is quite dusty. Need to be aware if you are bringing young kids and just to make sure they are not picking up their food or stuff from the carpet and put into their mouth. Generally it is a pleasant experience to stay in Hilton Tokyo Bay
