Close to Pearson International airport with free shuttle every 30 mins. Our room was very clean and comfortable with breakfast included. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. To go to downtown, take the free shuttle from hotel to terminal 1 then take the UP train to Union station or bus to downtown. Will definitely recommend to others.

Awesome hotel to stay, great price and was able to check in 4 hours early. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. I recommend anyone to stay here for convenience, airport, price and friendless of the staff.

The hotel is big with many rooms. Reception is clean and checking in is fast. The room is comfortable, and the bed is comfortable. The furniture is a little spartan. No honor bar in the room. Breakfast was buffet and a decent amount of food and choices.

Ok for a short layover stay ”
This hotel is ideally located near the airport with a free shuttle from the hotel to the Toronto International Airport.Hotel Facilities are basic, reception executives appear to be less enthusiastic & just going through the everyday grind. Housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room for even one single day during our entire extended 3 night stay. Frustrated we had to keep the garbage bin outside the room ourself on the 3rd day ! If one has a layover or flight is unexpectedly postponed or cancelled then this hotel could be considered and definitely not worth a staycation on a holiday.

This is a 3.5 star facility. It is aging and showing its age. The rooms are comfortable, but spartanly furnished. Hot water was abundant. Wake up call was on time. This is a mid range priced hotel near the airport. There are many other hetels and concention centers and restaurants nearby.

The room stinked. It took more than 30 mins to check in. Additionally the receptionist gave me the key that doesn't work. Most staff never smiles and speaks in an ordering tone, which I never experienced in the other hotels during my trip. I won't visit this place again. I regret choosing this hotel for the last day of my trip.

The shuttle driver sucks”
the shuttle drivers charged me CAD 30 for tipping. Im serious, this is the most expensive shuttle i have ever taken. not 3cad not 10 cad. IT IS 30 CAD ;)

The room is too noisy because near the high way and the facility is too old , no sound insulation, I can hear everything all night , can’t sleep , I ask to change another room but the staff told me no other room available!
