Except for struggling a little to carry my luggage upstairs to 3rd floor where the hostel was, everything else was excellent for me. Rooms and facilities were very clean. Dorm bed was wide and big with curtains, very clean and comfortable too. There was a rooftop area to dry laundry. There was also a big nice common room with sofas to relax and to socialize with other guests. Breakfast was just bread and jam but it was a bonus to me as all other hostels I stayed during this trip in Kyushu didn't come with breakfast. The staff I met during my three nights' stay here were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my Nagasaki trip here so comfortable and memorable. Especially to Misaki san, I am very grateful and thankful to her for helping to send back to me my pouch with watch and keys which I discovered after leaving Nagasaki that I lost them in the hostel.

Superb location close to JR Nagasaki and fee steps away from tram car”
Location: superb convenient close to JR Nagasaki and just few steps away from tram car. It allows us to travel everywhere easily. Tram car always crowded. Room: we stayed at private twin room with ensuite bathroom. Room is superb clean, bed is clean and comfy. and smells so good even in toilet. Only shortfall is no lift, if u carry huge luggage will be a problem. Free breakfast - toast and jam Staff: superb friendly 👍🏻 We will definitely come back next time when we visit Nagasaki!

Close to JR station ”
It’s only a short walk from JR station. Also close to the port if you want to take a trip to Battleship Island. Friendly staff. Can leave bags before and after check in. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean. Kitchen is small but well equipped, so you can cook your own meals. They have free breakfast included which is bread and jam. They were happy to offer me something different with my dietary requirements which I thought was super nice. I messaged them about that before I got there. Thanks again and would certainly stay again.

I had a nice stay here. The mixed dorm room is big, you got enough space for luggage and you could hang the washed clothes inside the room. The thing is, the staff are very helpful! I found that I left something when i had returned to my country. So i sent an email to ask, just few hours later they found my stuff and replied to me. Then they helped to sent it back to me promptly. I am grateful about this they are so nice and patient. Definitely would recommend it

Great location! Just a 7-minute walk from Nagasaki station. We got the twin room which was clean and comfortable. The common area/kitchen has free coffee, tea, and water. You can also make yourself toast with jam for breakfast for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. You can ask them for recommendations on where to go and how to get there. They also conveniently sold tickets for the Mt. Inasa Ropeway. The private bathroom doesn't have free bath towels, but you can rent towels for a cheap price. The shower also didn't have a shower curtain, so that's one thing I wish they added. But other than these very minor things, our stay was overall excellent and I would definitely come back here if I stayed in Nagasaki again.

Very well located in the city, the rooms are clean (さすが日本), there is enough space in the living room to chill or eat with other people. The staff is lovely and even helped me in my Japanese studies, thank you so much !

Overall a good place to stay. Very close to Nagasaki Station and easy to get around with the tram. Dorm bed was comfortable, private and had plenty of room for storage as well as a locker. Cheap washing machine available. Cozy lounge. Only real issue is that there is no locked door between the dorm and the stairway/ outside world. The dorm was also a bit noisy with no divider between beds and sink/shower area.

I had a good stay and the staff were super friendly, always offering help. Location was easy to find since it was close to the tram, the train & bus terminal, and airport bus stop. The bed was very comfortable and the locker was right in the bed area, making it very convenient. Room was spacious and clean!

Nice clean hostel near Nagasaki station”
Very friendly staff, perfect location - only about 5 minutes walk from the Nagasaki station and steetcar stop almost in front of the hostel. Rooms, kitchen, living area and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen and living area are quite small and only one toilet and one shower in 10 bed dormitory room.

Great hostel, loved the hammock. It's a perfect place for a nap:) kitchen available for use. Staff nice and helpful. I wish the prices would be more affordable for backpacker's.

I liked this location. It is not exactly where the action is, but I liked that it was close to the train station and a trolley stop was even closer. The staff were great. The bunks comfy. Laundry on the roof was rad! No nonsense hostel, would go again. Love Nagasaki!!!

Great location as very near to 長崎駅(5mins walk) and 五島町Tram Station Nice staff as their working hours is till 8 pm but usually stay till 9 for latecomers And it's great to get a discount on Nagasaki Tram Pass from them :) Friendly and quiet roommates overall Just beware of moving from the bed will create noises There is also a Christmas Mailbox which is quite interesting Recommend for single travellers

So all in all it was super clean. You can have free toast with jam there in the morning. The bed is really big and the chill room is really nice. The hostel can speak English very well and have a lot of good recommendations. You can walk to the special mountain and to China town, the port and art museum. You can also walk from there to glover garden, so very good location and close to the JR station. But I payed 30€ and this is toooooo expensive.

Because there is no air-conditioning in the room, the air is not circulating, and the window is open and afraid of quarreling to other people, I hope I can improve it.
