Great clean place to stay. ”

We laughed when I found out it was a love hotel however we loved it. Location was great and it was clean and room was big and had everything we needed. Would be only place I stay again. 5-7min walk from shinjuku station which gets you all over Tokyo. Thanks for the amazing hotel and experience in Tokyo. Didn’t turn the tv on once so can’t answer anything on that. Was there for Rugby World Cup 2019

Room was really nice, bathtub jacuzzi was out of this world!! Clean room and bidet toilet. Quiet room, can’t really hear the neighbours or outside.

Nice place in Kakibucho”

Spacious and luxuriously designed room with free VOD, KTV, a jacuzzi and sauna in the bathroom and a in room drinks vending mini fridge, and lots of bath amenities, worth the price! Adults only as it is a love hotel but didn’t felt like one when staying there, except for the porn on tv.

Came with my girlfriend from U.S and had an awesome stay - great location in Shinjuku with easy access to station. Staff was very accommodating. Recommend!

Amazing hotel in Tokyo ”

Quite possibly the best hotel I have stayed in, when factoring in value for money, location and staff. The room was huge by Tokyo standards and insanely well equipped - toiletries (so many), microwave, vending machine/fridge, karaoke, crazy light system, spa (with TV) and sauna. The staff were very polite. English speaking staff were not available at all times, but it was nothing Google Translate couldn't fix. The room was squeaky clean and the bed comfy. On our last day, they delivered a bottle of Moet and Japanese liquor for us to enjoy ourselves. Incredible! If there was a slight negative, the bathroom floor is very, very slippery. Maybe not the best for people with mobility problems. Otherwise, 15/10! Loved it and will return.

Great experience, just a few issues that might be dealbreakers”

I do recommend you try out a love hotel while in Japan. The room is UNIQUE to say the least, and very roomy with lots of facilities compared to other hotel rooms. I loved how you could try many different face and hair products, all for FREE! I highly recommend Japanese skin care it is amazing! I also loved the free videos on demand, the kareoke, the spa and steam bath in the room with the tv... the free presents were also very nice!! (sake, two types, the cups, as well as the chopsticks) . What I did NOT like was the smoke smell in the corridor, lobby, and what leaked through the air con. There was quite often a faint whiff of smoke in the room. I liked how I got new towels every day even if I didn't get the room cleaned, and they were individually wrapped, however upon opening and smelling they always had a faint whiff of smoke coming from the TOWELS :( There's a comprehensive snack and drink menu if you don't wish to leave your room and cool lighting system as well. No windows.

Clean, luxurious, spacious and great location”

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 5 days, it was great proximity to the train, restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean, the room was great and very big. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Fantastiskt”

Really way better value than normal hotels. The location itself is not the best though, as it is quite a walk from the train station (ok if you have no luggage). It also requires you to walk past the seedy areas and at times get hassled by pimps if you are a guy. The room itself is excellent, huge and spacious, great amenities and service staff is polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there.

Es un Love Hotel, pero no hemos encontrado ninguna diferencia con otro tipo de hotel de la ciudad en los que nos hemos alojado con anterioridad. El personal es muy atento y discreto e intentan facilitarte todo lo que necesites. Muy recomendable.

服务还是很不错的 会有人主动来搬行李 并且也送了小零食和小勺子当伴手礼 在过年这段时间去日本住的房间算最大的了！洗澡还有桑拿模式...但是 最好有指导怎么操作的 一会儿热一会儿冷...厕所里也有很多小电影 可以说氛围真的不错了
