Good option but…”
I’ve been at hotel during new year week. So the hotel was full and really busy (also I already knew this area of rio is very crowded, no complains about it). The staff is good and friendly, always ready to help you. You need to have patience to wait elevators sometimes. Breakfast is good, very brazilian. Close to the copacabana beach, lots of restaurants and bars around. For me, the only problem was: my room didn’t had any window. I never knew how was outside, felt like I was in a bunker. Not a biiig deal but, l really didn’t like it.

Unapologetic Reception Staff”
The reception guy is unapologetic, we booked and paid for Bohemian tour a night before the tour but he sent us to Buzios beach. The whole day of that tour is ruined for we spent much of traveling 180km from and to Rio. Upon reaching the hotel, the reception guy just say sorry without sincerity.

The location of the hotel is nice. The hotel room Cleanliness is not very good. the floor was not very clean. There was too much dampness in the room given to us, but when we wanted to change it, they immediately changed our room. There was very little variety for breakfast compared to the breakfast of other hotels. In general, I can say that it is a normal-level hotel.

Everything is too slow there”
Ok, so let alone they gave me a room with no window on 15th floor, everything is just too slow there. Cues, cues, cues.. from having to wait for 45 mins just to check-in to waiting for 30 mins each morning to be allowed to the restaurant for breakfast... and the lifts are small and so bad programmed, if you are at 15th floor they will stop at least 7 times to collect new people even when they are full...

This hotel is a scam. Many rooms do NOT have a window. You find out when you check in. Since it is impossible to stay there you pay even more to get a room with a window. This is how this people operate!.

Chaotic, uncaring staff, wear and tear everywhere, gray and stained towels, linens. noise in the rooms from AC units mounted outside, awful mattresses. Forget about decent Wi-Fi in rooms. Booked for 3 days and was counting the hours the get the heck out of there.

bedsheets never change after change the client very dangerous for COVID When I arrived in the room the bedsheets was stink a cigarette and no towel was left in the hotel Lift stop work on the weekend and had to wait ages to get to the room Lack os staff I arrived at hotel at 8:00 am and I couldn’t do the check in till 14:00 and I had to stay with my luggage because they want charge me extra to keep my luggage in a room Breakfast is ok

We got at the hotel around 19:00. We checked in and we went to the bedroom. Telephone in the bedroom was broken and whole bedroom was dirty.

I asked reception to sort out my my tv 8 different occasions they just ignore the requests and carry on with their day ! I also ordered some food from Uber eats and when I went to reception they claimed it hadn’t arrived but the guy at reception was eating !

Rooms without a window”
The hotel has rooms without a window. I have already made a formal complain against Agoda because I was not informed about this kind of room. I was in shock. First it is illegal to offer a room without a window, second it is discriminatory to offer it to a single traveler. This hotel has dishonest practices. I am wondering which housing inspector gave green light to open this hotel.

Towels and pillow case”
We arrived at the hotel 10am, waiting until 2pm for check in. Few hours later we went to shower abs was no towel. After 5 calls to reception I decided to use my beach towel to dry myself. This was very frustrating. I will never go back to this hotel

This hotel is a nightmare, everything is broken and doesn’t work and the elevators are very slow. Just a bad hotel.
