Super nöjda”

Vi bodde på Boss i 2 nätter och tycker att hotellet var perfekt för oss. Vi tog ett större rum, som inte var speciellt stort men räckte för oss. Poolen var super härlig, det finns ett litet fik längst ner och restauranger finns i närheten. Så smidigt att.ta MRT tilö flygplatsen direkt från hotellet. Vi var mycket nöjda och kommer bo där igen nästa gång.

Trevligt”

Det var väldigt kallt i rummet. Temperaturen gick inte att justera. Lyhörda rum. Missvisande bilder. Rummet var inte alls mysig. Som tur bokade vi bara 1 natt. Vi bokade en tripple rum med plats för 3 vuxna. Väldigt trångt i rummet. Kunde knappt öppna allas bagage samtidigt. . Rummet var rent förutom mkt dam under sängen. Lobbyn är stor och fin. Fin utsikt från rummet. Nära till lavendel station. Bra kommunikationer till ”stan” och andra trevliga gator.

Dyrt för att vara helt okej”

Rummet var superlitet. Finns endast en plats att få plats med en väska. Inte ens ett hörn på golvet finns plats för en till väska. Skorna måste man skjuta upp längs väggen för att ens kunna öppna badrumsdörren och dörren ut. Fräscht badrum och rent på rummet. Känns dock ganska mörkt då belysning är väldigt dålig och naturligt ljus från fönstret/balkongdörren inte ger så mkt då hela utsikten är skymd av höghuset runtom. Är du en ”light sleeper” så räkna med att vakna x flera på natten då det är lyhört. Frukosten är helt okej om detta hade varit ett vandrarhem men känns som en dålig standard för priset man betalar. All personal i receptionen är mkt hjälpsamma och trevliga. All personal på frukosten är stressade och otrevliga. Kändes som man varje morgon blev inföst för att sedan få massa stressade blickar hela frukosten. Poolen är bra, med härlig utsikt. Bra läge på hotellet med gångavstånd till flera delar av staden. Överlag ok hotell men alldeles för dyrt!

Rummet otroligt litet och mycket trångt för 2 vuxna. Inga avställningsytor för kappsäckar. Stenhård säng. Dålig belysning. Liten vattenstril i kran och dusch. Knappt godkänd frukost. Störande lyhört. Bassäng OK. Många andra gäster hade samma upplevelse.

4 stjärnigt?”

Jag har svårt att förstå att hotellet är 4 stjärnigt då rummet var väldigt litet och lyhört, frukosten buffén var inte alls bra och en av kockarna extremt otrevlig och borde inte få vistas bland gäster överhuvudtaget, ett riktigt stort minus. Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam och tillmötesgående.

Rummen är väldigt små med hårda sängar. Men det funkar om man inte tänkt tillbringa allt för mycket tid på rummet. Så vi anser att det är ett klart prisvärt Hotell.

Nytt hotel,Fräscht, Läget”

Hotellet hade haft öppet i 10 dagar, när vi checkade in. Allt fungerade bra, Läget är perfekt om man använder kollektivtrafiken (Buss/MRT) Smidigaste sättet att ta sig runt. Rummen är ganska små, men har ändå allt man kan begära, Jag skulle kunna bo här igen. Ett prisvärt hotell.

We have a spacious balcony! Our request to be located in high floors, with balcony and late check-in were all granted. They have a very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel boss is very near to mrt, in the city, or everywhere. Money-changer, convenience store, food court, and others are in the premise, in the same building or hotel itself, making it a tourist-friendly site! Cons: our only complain is that there is NO BIDET in the comfort room of family-for-4-room we availed. But everything else is ok. Its modern contemporary style and design is very good. The hotel's color combination is very apt for its style. Great spacious reception area to accommodate everyone! Gloria Jean's Café in the lobby is such an added factor for guests and tourists. Overall, we had a very good, great stay in HOTEL BOSS! Hassle-free inquiry and engagement with all of its comfort and convenience is something to be considered, priceless experience! Till next time HOTEL BOSS! We will surely be back!

it's located in a very strategic location esp if you're prefer for halal food, you can get it nearby and lots of other attraction nearby like; Arab street, masjid sultan, kampong glam, etc. and so many delicious street food. It's also walkable to nearest MRT, Lavender MRT station. the hotel itself has adequate facilities such as; gym, pool, children playground, and big lobby enough for so many guests. actually the lobby hotel is always full with guests, everyday literally. the room is a bit small so it's a little problem for family with kids. but all the staff are very friendly and super helpful. also they always clean the room everyday and always change the towel everyday (not all hotel change their towel everyday). I leave the hotel for city tour and once I got back to the hotel, the room was already clean and the towel had been changed. definitely will come back to stay in this hotel again and will recommend this hotel to all friends I know.

Comfortable Stay!”

Hotel Boss is really good, clean and staff is very supportive. It is very near to Lavender MRT station, Bugis Street, Mustafa Center and even you can have direct bus to Bayfront - Marina Bay Sky Park. You can walk and go to Mustafa Center and can take any type of food. We are vegetarian and it is very good to have Shiv Sagar near to Hotel Boss, it is just opposite of Mustafa Center. Very convenient to go to Bugis Street, Bugis Village and Shoppoing Hub. You can take Bus No 133 for Bayfront - Marina Bay Sky Park in just $2, just take the bus from opposite Bus St of Hotel Boss. We request for room on 13-17 floor and we got it at 14th floor and the view from here was really fantastic. Value for Money for sure. Will advise to my friends and come back again! Thank you very much Hotel Boss for your hospitality.

excellent stay”

went here with a friend for staycation. only around 3 minutes walk from lavender mrt station. it’s so convenient, there’s a cheers convenience store but i didn’t check whether it’s 24/7 but there’s also 7/11 within a few minutes walk. we got the highest floor so the view is really breathtaking despite the price (hoping to book the room with balcony next!). the tv!!! superb! i went to a lot of hotels before and even some five stars hotels but this hotel has a smart tv function which allows us to go on browser and youtube so it’s so amazing! (i didn’t had to bring vga/hdmi cable to connect to the tv!) the room is also spacious! hotel staffs are really friendly (we got a complaint cos we’re too loud aaaa but that’s whatever it was before 10:30pm so i don’t know what’s up with our neighbours, yall go staycay to??? sleep???) anyway that’s beside the point, we didn’t had to deposit $50/$100 either! everything was perfect!

I made a mistake on the bookings instead of booking Feb. 20, 2020 the day I have arrived in Singapore, I booked and payed for March 20, 2020. What they did,was... they themselves adjusted the dates as I have already checked-in at Boss Hotel, without bothering me on my stay, the front desk just informed me of the problem but already, they have their solutions to make my stay comfortable. It was a great experience the hotel was very clean and I had a good stay.

Great Value & Prime Location!”

Boutique hotel with prime location, near to Lavender MRT, Bugis Street, Mustafa Center and Little India. For Indian travelers espcially the Vegetarian, you could got the vegetarian food in just 1 km range to Hotel Boss. Just outside the Bus Station and you can pick any bus to anywhere in the city. We go to Bayfront station where the Marina Bay Sky Park located, just sit in the bus 133 and reached there in just few minutes. Very easy access to every place. Nice environment, clean and on-time room service. Overall a very good hospitality. Thank you Hotel Boss for our stay in Singapore. We will surely come back again!

Great value for Singapore ”

I had a 10 hour layover in Singapore with a late arrival so I was just there to get some sleep. However, I've stayed in Singapore before for a week and finding anything under $100 per night is nearly impossible. When I stayed for the week my room was $175 per night for a little bigger room than the Hotel Boss, which was less than half the price. The Hotel Boss was very clean, like everything in Singapore and although the room was very small, the bed was comfortable, the air con was very cold and the shower had good water pressure. Those are 3 or my 4 requirements. The only thing it didn't meet was the noise insulation of the room and in the morning I could my neighbors in their rooms. Other than that, no complaints.

Another new change in room facilities and one query .....”

Request room type was given , but have a big worry when saw the room besides had a message R.F.I. , and room door was left wide opened and seemed that it is occupied room ......hope the General Manager could investigate and advise what is R.F.I. ? Our room type has a new luggage rack, think this is a new improvement. Explore the rack and found that it is cleaner and better than the rags type, should be able to minimise the bugs and dust mites. Wonder would this be extended to other room types ?

Beautiful place to stay but get coffee from elsewhere”

Only negative is the in room coffee. Singapore has beautiful local kopi and various international brands available yet the coffee supplied is Nescafe which is a cheap brand and has the taste to match. C'mon team, I would expect better from a 4 star hotel with the prices to match, you have put in so much money into your amenities and ambience which clearly shows when you walk in, don't give your guests a cheap taste in their mouth first thing in the morning. I had stayed in a budget hotel in Farrer Park and the 3-in-1 gold kili coffee sachet was much better (nothing else was good about that hotel to be honest), perhaps supplying something like that may even save you money in terms of buying individual sugar and creamer sachets in the long run :) Worst case scenario, the kopi from epic haus food court around the corner is a great way to start your day like a local

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!”

This location is super great cus its very near Bugis center and also famous hawker center, famous local restaurant (Swee Choon, Heap Seng Leong, Sungei Road Laksa,...) and the distance to MRT Lavender just only around 300m. You can also find restaurant, convenience store, gift shop,... at lobby. The room is small as you know its typical in SG but really convenience and full of facilities and cleanliness. Staff is super friendly and helpful :) Hotel Boss is still my 1st choice if I come to SG again.

Recommended for a short staycation”

Room just nice to fit a family of 2 adult and 1 child with 1 Queen and 1 single bed. My 1st time stay and impress with the Front desk officer (Stanley). Check in done by him was fast. As for the reception counters, its a lot of open counters, just a suggestion to have a proper queue line as there is no guide on which counter to queue, so anyone can just walk over to the counter. My experience is that while waiting in the centre of the counter, there is an available counter on my left, just as I was going over, someone else jump in to the counter to check in. Pool wise is nice and not crowded. Look forward to stay again just to chill out.
