I thought the rooms and bathroom were too basic for what it was advertised. Pillows were old, sheets did not fit the bed. Breakfast (Argentinian style) and service was good

Run down hotel. Free WiFi non existing in rooms, only in the lobby. Breakfast is “chef attended” who gives you a toast, slice of cheese and ham and a fruit of your choose. Only the beverage station is self serving but if you need a foam cup to take your coffee with you, you need to ask for a cup. The bathtub seemed to be repainted once upon a time but now the paint is peeling making it much worst than it was before. Elevators are a jock. They work whenever they can or could. And if they do the capacity is only 3 people. I understand that’s an old facility with not much room for improvement but at least the rooms could use some touch up paint and new furnitures. Lastly, good luck finding it at night. The street is dark and their hotel sign is not illuminated. Come on guys, don’t you have some money to upgrade the existing burnt light fixtures to LED’s?

The hotel it’s ok for the part of the location. From the outside it looks very clean and beautiful but inside it’s not like that. The room had this humedity smell, bathroom lights were damage, the hair dryer was dirty and the vents of the A/C were so dirty that seems that they don’t have seen a wash in years. But the staff were good and the location it’s awsome.

I was fairly dubious when booking the room, as it was very cheap. When I arrived at the hotel, the friendly staff helped me with my luggage into a room that far exceeded my expectations. It's definately not 5 star material, but for the price you get a more than adequate lodging. There was even fruit on the table for me. The staff were always happy to help with any query I had. I probably wouldn't recommend staying in Palermo over the Recoleta/Retiro area, but if you decide to stay here, you can't go wrong with the Hotel Cristoforo Colombo.

Tolle Lage, mitteler Zustand und Service”
- Ideale Lage fuer eine Nacht zwischen zwei Fluegen nach/von Aeroparque - Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr gut mit Kochmoeglichkeit, Adapter, WiFi, grossem Bett - Zustand meines Zimmers und insbesondere des Bades haette eher 2-3 Sterne verdient, aber nicht 4 (vielleicht bin ich zu sehr an europaeische Standards gewoehnt) - Einchecken effizient und freundlich, jedoch bekam ich trotz Anfrage ueber Agoda und Nachfragen beim Einchecken kein ruhiges Zimmer - Die Tuer vom Austritt (das war kein Balkon) schloss nicht richtig, so dass die Strasse stark zu hoeren war - Grosser Faux-pas: der fuer 3.30 Uhr bestellte Weckruf kam nicht, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption schien erst wach zu werden, als ich auschecken wollte - Agoda-Voucher wurde nicht als solcher erkannt, es brauchte einige Diskussionen

El TV no funcionaba. Pedi viniera alguien y no vino nadie. Lo hice por T.E. y personalmente. Estaba en un piso 14. Tiene 4 ascensores, sólo uno funcionaba. Obviamente no conseguía que llegara alguno vacío al piso 14. Tuvimos que bajar con el equipaje 14 pisos. Personas mayores. No funcionaba INTERNET, o con poca señal ocasionalmente. Pésima atención. No lo recomiendo.

Muy mala experiencia en el hotel, empezando por la habitación cuando llegamos estaba helada y no andaba bien la calefacción, luego quisimos bañarnos y demoro media hora en salir el agua caliente, el colchón se hundía cuando nos acostamos, al otro día al levantarnos no funcionaban los ascensores, nos dieron habitación en el piso 12, al bajar a desayunar hacían que la gente haga cola y solo había dos personas atendiendo las mesas sucias y el desayuno dejaba mucho que desear, al querer irnos la conserje viendo que estábamos apurados se puso a charlar y nos pasó un presupuesto en taxi de 1600$ por supuesto q no lo tomamos, fuimos a la esquina y tomamos un taxi que terminamos pagando 800$ hacia aeroparque. En fin una muy mala experiencia, NO VOLVEMOS MAS! NO LO RECOMENDAMOS!

El hotel se promociona como que tiene estacionamiento. Cuando reservé hice el pedido para mi auto, nunca me respondieron. Cuando llegué me dijeron que sólo tienen algunos lugares y no los reservan (aparte de que cobran un cargo extra). La habitación principal no tiene TV ( no es grave), pero donde debería estar el TV hay 4 tornillos amurados a la pared y una mancha de humedad. El tomacorriente donde quise conectar el cargador de mi celular está apenas sostenido por un poco de cinta aisladora. La bañera, después de la primer noche, se tapó. El TV de la sala nunca funcionó. El wifi nunca funcionó. No lo recomiendo.
