Excellent location, very accessible to restaurants and specialty stores (2nd hand luxury and branded items). Walking distance to don quijote, dotonbori, a no. of ichiran resto, lukes lobster, shake shack, etc. Rooms are a bit small, but you are paying for the convenience of the location. From the airport, just take the train going to namba station for 40 mins. Fare is 840 yen/pax). Then take a taxi going to the hotel for 1,000 yen. Good upto 3 passengers and at least 3 luggages. The hotel comes with unlimited free mineral water located near the elevator, which is an added plus for me. If you are a light traveller, you neednt bring pyjamas, it is provided for you and they change it daily, I esp. like the shampoo and conditioner. There is also a spa which you can try if you have a spare time. During our check out they even volunteered to call us a taxi going to namba station. Overall we are very satisfied with this hotel.

I stayed for 1 night at Hotel Felice, but overall my experience was amazing. The location is literally just around the corner of Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street. The famous Dotonbori is also only 600m from the hotel. The hotel is super clean, the room is super nice and spacy for Japan, the room amenities is super complete, and also love the free mineral waters in front of the lift area. They have free sauna, but didn't get a chance to try it. Definitely will come back again to this hotel.

I’ve stayed at this hotel and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staff are amazing the rooms have been comfortable and immaculate. 4 mins walk to Shinsaibashi station, a lot of food at the street, less than 10 mins walk to Dotonbori, 7 mins walk to Nagahoribashi station. Location was great and convenient. Highly recommend this hotel and I will stay back when I next visit.

Great new hotel at Shinsaibashi”
Love the room I stayed at, it's spacious which is rare in Japan (although I wish the bath room is slightly bigger). Great atmosphere and excellent location as subway is just minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Will come back to stay in this hotel again when I'm travelling to Osaka again.

My family stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we encountered a problem on the rental car. The staff here helped me to back and forth with the car rental company for almost 4 hours and spared their additional personal time (non-office hour) with me to step-by-step settle my problem. They are not only answer my enquiry reactively, they are providing professional service and proactively provide advice and recommendation to me so that my problem can be settled as soon as possible. My family and me are fully satisfied and we recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very good hotel. Clean and modern. Very polite frontdesk and cleaning team. Also have onsen on top floor, laundry facilities, vending machines, rooftop bar. Also literally next to shopping and food. Super convenient... And not to forget... Next to an awesome Kobe Beef restaurant.

- Near to train station and within the main shopping districts - Friendly and welcoming hotel staffs including the housekeeping staff - Reception staff communicate with fluent English - Room is clean and neat, room a bit small unable to open 25” luggage size fully, just nice for a solo traveller - Bed is clean and comfy however the pillows a bit too soft and thin - Hotel equipped with nice onsen too - Highly recommended

Bestest Hotel ever”
I love how the hotel is close to shinsaibashi and dotombori. Very accessible, near train station, room is very clean. You'll love the bathroom it has bathtub. It has a jacuzzi feels. They replace/refill everything daily (towels, bathrobe, toilettries etc.)

Just 2 mins walk to Daimaru dept store. 4 mins walk to Shinsaibashi metro station. Even though room is small, but they offer bubble bath, clean foam and body lotion. However, laundry dryer is too weak, can only dry 2-3 clothes. Breakfast is excellent.

Amazing accomadation ”
Clean, newly renovated and quiet. The location is good not too far from the subways Shinsaibashi station and not too far from the shopping street Shinsaibashi Suji, Dotombori, Namba so these places are accessible by walking. Near the hotel is the convenience store and there are many restaurant around the hotel.

The location is convenient and close to Shinsaibasi. The room is quite spacious but not the toilet and shower/bathtub. It has the basic amenities. The rooftop bar was closed. The room has central heating and makes a light sound once in a while.

Fantastic hotel that offered more than expected. The place is very well designed and felt like a premium experience. The staff all spoke good English. There is free chilled bottled water and upstairs includes a large, gender separated onsen. The room was a bit small with little space to open up luggage, although the bathroom was excessively large for some reason. The hotel is located in the heart of the Shinsaibashi area. One side street was close to a lot of bars, while a few blocks away was the main shopping street and Dotonbori along the river. I would've preferred something a bit closer to the subway as we had multiple bags of luggage to carry about six blocks to the hotel. All in all a great experience that I would recommend to others.

The room is not large, as expected in Japan. However the staying experience is great. The room is very new due to new revonation. The staffs are pretty and helpful as always. We were assigned room 1207, which is the birthday of my wife, I wonder if they deliberately assign such to us haha. To be honest, this is the best room I have ever stayed in Japan. We will return on 24-01-2019. See you!
