It's the first time I attempt to book a love hotel room for sightseeing in province. We stay two nights and I was afraid to be charged extra fees like love hotel usually do when you exceed their standard time. We didn't encounter any issues and all we pay was what agoda charged us. The amenities have nothing to compare with a business hotel. Spacious room, King size bed, video projectors, video on demand ( free too) , jacuzzi, etc... And such at a night fare cheaper than any business hotel. Parking is just there and also free, location was not center of the city but close enough from everything if you travel by car. Highly recommended.

Extra-ordinary value for money - luxury accommodation”
Not sure why this 'love hotel' is a third of the price of a business hotel yet gives you twice the space and many additional luxuries. Breakfast is free. Parking is free. Room's huge. Entertainment system (ok, we didn't actually test the free adult movies but the TV screen's huge and there's a jacuzzi; haven't tried the massage chair in the room either). Receptionist was not only extremely helpful but she spoke the best English of all hotel staff we've met so far (about 8 or so different hotels?). Definitely best value we've had so far. (Please note: if you book a 'book in after 9 PM room', that will mean exactly that; so only book that cheapest room if you really only arrive after 9 PM.) Most strongly recommended!

Great hotel - Price unbelievably cheap”
We enjoyed staying at Hotel Fine Garden Matsuyama. The facilities were great; especially the whirlpool, the room is big and spacious. I am so happy to find such a good deal from Agoda!!

Huge room, massage chair, lovely jacuzzi”

Love hotels can be super cheap on weekdays. For only 24$ US/night during 4 nights, we had a giant room with Jacuzzi, karaoke, massage chair, big screen TV and video games.

The room is super big, staff were friendly and helpful, was cheap as chips, bit of a walk with luggage from the two nearest stations but fine once you get there.

That bathtub is everything!”
If you can get breakfast included, it's well worth it. The highlights were the amazing bathtub and the massage chair. For some reason, karaoke wasn't available even though it said it would be included. The TV was hard to navigate so we had to call someone to turn it off completely. To order food, the English "number system" wasn't well understood, so if you can read and speak Japanese, it's best to order that way. The mattress was very hard, but I survived the night.

But aside from this fact, there is nothing too much different from an ordinary hotel. First thing u notice is how discreet the check-in is. Basically u would not meet any staff/cleaner after check-in. All contacts are done through the phone ❨u could rent a PlayStation or some higher end shampoo from the hotel❩. They have this box next to the room door for the staff to pass u things. Secondly, the size of the room is gigantic compared to a normal Japanese "Business Hotel" where the bathroom is so tiny that u must go on a diet just to get in. There is a super huge jacuzzi, Japanese style shower and a large powder room, and not to mention the free porn channels ❨!!! ❩ and lighting system in bed. There is no free tea bags or coffee provided. U either buy it urself or buy from the mini bar fridge, which is locked. For those of u using public transport: this hotel is slightly out of town. Pls use the Yamanishi Stn of Iyotetsu Line ❨4x per hour❩ instead of Mitsuhama Stn of JR Line ❨2x per hour❩. Frequency is much higher. It took me around 10 mins to reach the hotel. No national transport IC Card accepted on both lines ❨e.g. SUICA or ICOCA❩. U must pay by cash, unless u have a local IC card. Don't forget to visit the Matsuyama Castle near Okaido. Take the cable car up and walk down the hill when u r done. Plenty of shops and eateries scattered throughout the shopping precinct Okaido and Gintengai. I esp recommend the matcha ice cream ❨¥220❩ of Shibataen in Gintengai and the Ehime orange juice tap in the fruit shop ❨near where Okaido and Gintengai connected❩ ❨¥100/cup❩

The hotel had ample facilities and was very spacious. Really enjoyed my stay there. However, it's about 1.2km walk from the station. So if you're okay with the walk, I'd recommend this hotel.

Very cheap price with excellent facilities!!! Watched world cup using the projector in the room. Room service for breakfast as well. And i left one of my luggage in the room. Staff is very nice to post it to my next hotel! Thanks so much!! It is super super awesome experience!!! I must stay there for my next trip!

The best hotel ever”
This hotel was such a good surprise. The best experience I ever had for that price. We didn't know what to expect from the love hotel. What you get on your room is jacuzzi with lights, free room service for breakfast (highly recommended the Japanese breakfast), giant super comfortable bed, massage chair, TV projector, big windows, very good cosmetics to use free of charge (not just soap but styling mousse, creams, body lotions etc) and free rental of gadgets like karaoke, game console, medical equipment etc. Our room was giant. The stuff is very friendly. I will definitely be back.

Room was very spacious and there was a lot of room to rest and relax. Location was a bit out of the way and staff had trouble recommending a nearby place for food. City is about 10min drive away.

Getting 5 stars for 1 star price. One of the best value hotels. Free parking , free breakfast sent to room, projector, jacuzzi, king size bed, huge bed room and bathroom, free rentals for a whole bunch of game stuff and lady beauty devices and products, massage chair... Strongly recommended!

The room is super big comparing to other hotels in Japan. Although this is an adult hotel, it is very clean and there are many additional facilities in the room like karaoke, massage bathtub and massage chair etc.
