Good value, close to metro but basic”

We have a nice stay last week in Hotel Herrmes. Very impressed with its location, close to the metro and only takes 15 mins to get to main tourist area. Close to a Billa supermarket but not much restaurants nearby. Nice and quiet street. Room wise, quite spacious, modern and clean. However not enough lights in the room! Wifi reception is strong in my room but obviously has a client cap, needed to wait for some other guests to leave the hotel before getting a IP from the wifi. No fridges in the room also takes your option to bulk buy beer and food from supermarket away. I cannot help but moan about the mattress and pillow a little bit, they are way too hard by the UK standard. Breakfast is pretty basic but refilled quickly. Staffs are polite and it will help keep your bags after checking out. I will definitely consider living in this hotel again if I come to Prague another time.

Good value money but with a few remarks”

I have had a good stay at the hotel but there were a few things that spoiled the experience - the sink and shower drain were clogged and the window curtains were too small to grant you privacy.

Pros: Good for the price. Quiet neighborhood. Nice staff. Cons: outside the city centre while we were there Janonice metro which is right next to the hotel was under construction.

The area is quite, the hotel clean and staff very kind. The hotel is near metro and it'a a couple of stations from the new town and a couple more to old town.

Enjoyable stay”

Stayed 2 nights here and would happily return. Although it's a 15min or so train ride from the station into the centre of town, the metro is only a stones throw away. Rooms themselves were spacious, modern and clean. One thing I wasn't too fond of is having 2 single beds put together to make a double bed. Staff were friendy and helpful & spoke good English. And the breakfast was fresh & enjoyable. They have wifi in the reception area but unfortunately not in the rooms.

A little gem in Prague”

I loved this place. Very modern, clean, nice facility. Wonderful staff that are always ready to help you. Stayed here during some of the worst heat in July and found the hotel comfortable and cool. The metro is only a two minute walk, which makes the center of the city accessible in 10 - 15 minutes tops. Quiet neighborhood and away from all the noise and nuisance of center. Two things to improve on would be wifi in rooms (currently only available in the lobby) and iron for business travelers. The iron wasn't important to me on this trip but I could see business travelers preferring to have it.

Close to metro station, good value”

Herrmes is a new hotel, a couple minutes walk to the metro station. In 10-15 minutes you are in the historic center and saving money in the process. There is basically nothing around the hotel, so make sure you buy whatever you need before you come back at night. Breakfast was the same every day, but solid. Staff were friendly. Definitely recommend.

Ive stayed here once and was very impressed by the decorum and the professionalism f the staff. They made me feel welcome and were very helpful in answering any questions I had about the city. As it is a boutique hotel you get a more personal service from the staff and that far outshines the service of large chain hotels. The rooms are very modern with big showers and comfortable beds. The hotel is located outside of central Prague, but is located right beside the subway stop, so getting in and around the city is very easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Es gibt zwar nicht viel Auswahl beim Frühstück, aber trotzdem ist für jeden was dabei. An der Rezeption, die 24 Stunden besetzt war, konnte man gleich die Währung wechseln und Metro-Tickets kaufen (ca. 4€ für 24 Stunden), die man zugleich auch für Bus und S-Bahn nutzen kann. Die Metro liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer auch sehr gut.

Gutes, sauberes Mittelklassehotel für Übernachtung mit gutem Frühstück. Parken gratis und mit ausreichend Rangierplatz auf abgeschlossenem Hof. Metro ca. 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Metroticketkauf in Station Jinonice nur mit Münzen oder kontaktloser Kreditkarte. Gute Anbindung bei PKW-Anfahrt aus westlicher Richtung (aus D über Pilsen). Umgebung rel. neues Businessviertel. Sehr gute Metroverbindung, 6-7 Haltestellen bis zum "touristischen" Prag.

Modernes Hotel mit kostenlosem Parkplatz, ideal für Städtetrip”

Modernes Hotel, etwas außerhalb gelegen. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, wundert man sich zuerst, in welch abgelegenes Fleckchen man vom Navi geleitet wird, aber eine Metrostation ist direkt um die Ecke, so dass man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und uns wurden gleich ein paar Tipps auf einer Karte von Prag markiert. Kleines, aber ausreichendes Frühstück. Sauberkeit top. Ein kostenloser(!) Parkplatz ist hinter dem Hotel mit elektischem Tor und Videoüberwachung.

Sehr schönes Hotel ”

Wir kommen gern wieder .Prima Preis Leistungsverhältnis .Nur etwas laut ,für den der bei offenem Fenster schlafen will . Aber sonst ruhig und für den Sommer gibt es eine Klimaanlage .Mit einem 24h Ticket das im Hotel zu erwerben ist kann man Prag super erkunden .Ein Auto braucht man nicht ,das steht bewacht auf dem Hoteleigenen Parkplatz.Frühstück ist auch in Ordnung .Die Haltestelle für die UBahn ist gleich oben am Hotel , man kommt auch spät Abends von A nach B.
