The location was exactly how it had been explained in the review. It was a 3 minute walk from the station. The station had a ramp, so it was easy to maneuver luggage. The room and bathroom were spacious. The coffee in the room was not your usual type but rather a drip coffee which was very enjoyable. The courtesy bus to Haneda starts running at 4am and every half hour afterwards. I took the 6am bus and was at Haneda in no time. I’d definitely stay at this hotel again for the convenience as well as the comfort.

For anyone who’s flights get cancelled on such short notice, I would recommend this hotel! They have their own shuttle bus to get to the hotel from the airport, and from the airport it’s about 10-15 mins away. The rooms are decent sized, but very clean. The staff was also very helpful with everything you may need. We will use this hotel again if we’re ever stuck in Tokyo again!

I was surprised how affordable it was ($65/night) yet they got everything you need. Friendly shuttle drivers ready to assist, staff, cleanliness and freshness of rooms/linens. They have skincare sets for men and women. I tried it and I loved it! Would definitely stay again.

If you have a long layover or an early flight, this hotel is the right one for you. Accessible with free shuttle, clean and has everything you need for a short stay. Couple of kombini and Restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Clean and Well maintained property.

Staff very friendly and polite. The hotel is near Haneda airport and 5 min. walk from the train station with good connections to Tokyo center. Rooms and public areas very clean. The transfer bus to Haneda Airport worked well - even at 4 AM

Mom and friend arrived after travelling for a day from South Africa and the hotel was perfect for a night stay before heading to Tokyo next morning. HOTEL SHUTTLE- heaven sent, money saved for taxi, easy to find. It made everything easy. Price- Got two rooms for an affordable price. Location- a few minutes from HANEDA airport.

Landed at 0100hrs and decided to stay near the airport for the first night. Taxi ride JPY1290 for me. Take the free shuttle the next day to your destination. Convenience stall is across the road if you are hungry and thirsty.

We had a flight the next day so we stayed close to Haneda Airport to avoid Monday morning traffic. The room, the bed, the shower, everything was great. The staff was very friendly and the airport shuttle service was the best I have seen in many hotel stays. The only minor complaint was the breakfast. It was so-so. I'd stay again but skip breakfast there and get elsewhere.

I stayed this hotel as I had very early flight from Haneda (6 AM). Very close to Haneda (5 min by bus) and also they over free shuttle to Haneda every 30 min. A bit far from central Tokyo, and it would be okay if you have business in Shinagawa area. Comparing business hotel in central Tokyo, room is quite large - enough for 2 people. I will definitely stay this hotel again if I have another flight in early morning

At the time of our stay, the weather was bad and heavy rains forced our plane to return to Haneda airport. We had no choice but to book a hotel, and I'm glad we found this hotel. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. A convenience store is nearby. For a business hotel, the bathrooms and toilets are quite spacious. We will definitely stay here again if we need a lodging near the airport.
