A Good hotel in the heart of it all.”
This hotel is well located, 15mins from the Airport. Right in the heart of where you want to be as a tourist. The valet parking is fantastic, 24h valet staff who are very attentive. The lady at the information desk gave me a great recommendation to drive to an island that had a beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend for a place to stay. I would say you may want to get breakfast unless you want Starbucks every morning. Room was spacious and housekeeping done a fantastic job every day so that I came back to a clean room. Enjoy Okinawa. I am from London.

Great Location and very satisfactory dining experience ”
The hotel is situated at the center of Kokusai Dori which is just 8 mins walk from the nearest monorail station. A Familymart is just next to it, so it is extremely convenient. The facilities are great given to such a competitive price. Services are satisfactory and everything is clean and tidy. We had dinner at the lobby restaurant and it is value for money and taste good. I also recommend you to have a try on its semi-buffet dinner. Will stay again if I go to Naha, Okinawa.

Good Location and big room ”
The hotel located at main street just 5 min walk to Makishi Public Market and Kokusai Dori Shopping street, surround have plenty restaurants and Souvenir shops. 10 min walk to train station. We booked deluxe twin room good enought to fix for 3 perons with the luggage spaces. Room was clean and new strongly recommend this hotel if you want to save on transport and shop around Kokusai Dori.

Very recommend. Shopping area is nearby. Room and clean and good. We choose to my linen not to change daily, end up went back to room and saw a thank you card. That have a gift for us. Is a very great idea that guest go eco friend and gift. Will book that hotel again

Besides being in a great location, the amenities, the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything about this hotel was excellent! And the rooms SMELLED clean . . . . . no hint of cigarettes like in some other "non-smoking" hotels. I wish I could keep JAL Naha a secret for myself, but no can do . . . . . the secret is out!

Booked the hotel last minute and was pleasantly surprised at the hospitality they offered. Price was not steep given the good location too. I liked that hotel had vending machines at every level. We could also do our laundry for a small fee. They had international stamps for sale at the reception and they offered to post my postcards for us. It’s located right smacked in the hearts of the shopping street. They have a carpark behind the hotel and we could park our car overnight for a small fee. Room offered umbrella which came in really handy since the weather decided to rain on our parade.

I and my wife have a wonderful & happy stay in this hotel , room is very clean & comfortable , all staff are very polite and the most helpful staff is a Japan beautiful female staff she speak very good English and we saw her always very automatic approach the hotel guest that needed help and always with a smile , she help us a lots and we really appreciate

Great location, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, train station and even the beach. Room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful. Would stay here again if I visit Naha.

We booked this hotel for the Tug of War festival. We are very happy with our experience. It is right on Kokosai St, parking was not included in the price but very conveniently located under the building. The room was very nice (we had a corner room next to the service elevator) and we heard no noise around us. The breakfast was an American/Japanese hybrid breakfast with bacon (not like American bacon), scrambled eggs (much more undercooked than traditional American scrambled eggs), fresh baked breads, fruit, and other Japanese traditional breakfast items. The service was exceptional, amenities clean and kept, and very inviting. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Kokosai St.

Very close to many of the restaurants and activities in Naha. Nice and clean rooms. Buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are a good alternative to running out of hotel.

Right on shopping street and beside ichiran ramen ”
The hotel has a basement carpark 1500yen per night parking. It works like valet parking. Staff are friendly but limited English speaking. It's very convenient to stay here if you drive. There are many souvenir stores along the street and there is also an ichiran ramen restaurant in the building next to it

Hotel is clean and staff friendly. It is located in a strategically near shopping and F&B. Rail stations are about 5-10 minutes walk away (2 stations nearby - Makishiki and Miebashi)

Located along Kokusai International Street makes it easy for shopping and finding food. You can find convenient stores, food, shopping and walkable to 2 train stations. The big departmental stores are within walking distance as well.

It is an older hotel in Okinawa, located at Kokusai dori, very convenient and room has been refurbished. The hotel room is small (standard in Japan) but spotless clean with good size of shower room comparable to other hotel. However, it is still a good 4 stars hotel if you compare to many other new hotels with 3 stars (new but the quality is not comparable with JAL City Naha). English speaking reception. The new Hotel Collective is just stones away.

Hotel located along Kokusai shopping street, very convenient to go everywhere. A lot of restaurants nearby too. The hotel itself very clean, bathroom quite big compare with Osaka. Highly recommended to all kinds of travelers. One more thing, they give you small token to do eco cleaning and it’s very nice gesture as you’d never expect this things in return for something that you should have done it naturally.

It's my 2nd time to choose this hotel because of the extremely convenience location where is on international street. Everywhere is walkable! Plus, the room is unexpectedly huge for Japan (laugh)

It locates in the center of 國際通 and near the monorail station in about 5mins while the bus station in 1mins. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Everyhting is in our walking distance”
A hotel right on the International Street, surrounded with conveniences. With small kids and parents traveling with me, Hotel JAL City Naha was my best pick in the area. The rooms were clean. The staffs were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was also good.
