I stay here almost every week on business and rate it very highly in so many ways. Rooms are comfortable and spotless, the location is excellent, being only minutes away from Kyoto Station with its many eating and shopping options, and the staff accommodating. Great value for money!

This is a new hotel only a few minutea walk from Kyoto Station with all of its transport, shoppibg and eating options. Clean, comfortable rooms and helpful staff make your stay very pleasant. Recommended!

Great location and clean hotel. It’s literally outside of Kyoto train station. I would recommend this budget friendly hotel. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I made reservations for 2 adults and 3 kids and they only provided 3 towels. We made due but it was annoying. Other than that everything was better than I expected. Our kids are 7 years of age and younger. We would stay there again. You can’t beat the price.

Location good, breakfast lacking”
It is a nice roomy hotel in a convenient location. We were disappointed in the breakfast as the pictures showed a variety of fresh food choices but there were only 2-3 pre-made, pre-packaged sandwiches, a couple salad choices and konyaku. Do not add breakfast to your room package.

Very convenient just across from Kyoto station. Convenient store just behind hotel. Restaurants and malls nearby. Rooms a tad too small if you have more than 2 luggages. Staff have been very helpful and accomodating.

Stayed 3D2N, very convenient as airport bus is near the hotel (3 mins walk) and station opposite the hotel. Breakfast area was small and crowded, can pack out.
