Great Luxury Stay! ”
We loved staying there, everything looked super fancy and luxurious, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. In the room there were some stains that some people could be bothered by, and the spa/wellness section was closed, but other than that just amazing!

Very good hotel for the price. Not as good as the Westin but then the Westin is twice the price. Well worth the money and very centrally located. Breakfast comes with the rental.

Little complaints”
Con: Have to request wash towels. Only one bath towel and one pair of slipper in the room. Have to request that too. Pro: clean, breakfast, and close to everything.

Location, good. Slow elevators. ”
Location is very convenient. Right beside mall and walking distance to boardwalk that is close to the water. Lobby is on the 5th floor so lots of people using elevators to get there. One of the elevators was not working when I was there and I spent lots of time waiting for elevators during my stay. Rooms are not very sound proof. Could hear my neighbours next door very easily. Rooms are basic and were clean, but not luxury, if that’s what you’re looking for. For the price you pay, it’s not a terrible option.

Room was spacious but like common parts of the hotel in dire need of some renovation and technical fix ups. Breakfast below average. Strong water pressure in the shower. Wi-Fi worked reasonably well.

Better than we expected. Very polite staff, very comfortable bed, Room with lots of place to put our stuff away. Nice spacious bathroom with all amenities. Central location, value for money!!!

Our stay in this hotel was great. The hotel is centrally located. The rooms are spacious. And the staff accommodating and helpful. Special thanks to Miss Simpson who patiently assisted me with the local phone connection, even calling the cellphone company for instructions.

Good Hotel but not for small children”
If you have small children the bathroom sink is too high for them to reach and the pool is too deep, no child shallow end. However, the hotel has an excellent breakfast which is reason enough to stay.
