I love the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful very clean fresh towels and new bedding every day Superb👌 not to mention love the area Kasai good neighborhood easy for me to visit my son...need to upgrade in smoking room new wall painting good ventilation in both bathroom and room and i hope in future there is a smoking area which guest can smokes at outside the lobby area..i enjoy visiting kasai i will come back again sooner hope to see some changes for smoking room..

Small but convenient for Tokyo Disneyland”
Great location for Tokyo Disneyland. Bus to Disneyland is about 200m from the Hotel. As is the train station if you are going else way. The rooms we stayed in are basic and small but comfortable and the breakfast was also simple but it worked for us. Staff were great. Very accommodating and helpful. We had our luggages transfered from Kyoto and they kept them for us. Overall a satisfactory experience.

All the staff members were nice. Free breakfast. Very close to Kasai Station. A washing machine in our room was perfect!! Clean and tidy hotel. I strongly recommend this hotel!!

Nice and warm frontdesk, close to station you just need to walk. 2 convenient store in front of the hotel. So happy to stay here with my 2 toddler and my parent... Will stay here next time

Great Value for Money and Good Location”
This is a great value for what you're paying; given the free breakfast, fairly active surroundings, location of airport limousine drop-off, and closeness to the subway. There is even a bus depot next to the subway station where you can catch a bus to the Tokyo Disney Resort parks! That said, the subway line which runs from this subway station is literally the busiest line in Tokyo during rush hours, so keep that in mind. It is pure madness! Definitely fun if you're a traveler and want to see the packed subways you see online and on TV... but it was less than fun for me.

Good place to start your trip in outer Tokyo”
Caught the bus from Haneda - about 40 minutes as will depend on the traffic. Only about 400 m fro the bus station is the hotel and the departure point back to Haneda so very handy We had a triple room which even had a washing machine/dryer inside with a microwave, fridge and a small cook plate if you wanted to cook. The breakfast was adequate The staff were great Close to the supermarket which is not far from the JR station Would use again

Hotel is about half hour to Disneyland/DisneySea. A bus nearby that could take you directly to the area, which cost less than 400yen. You could use Suica Card too. Direct bus to Haneda/Narita Airport which would cost u less than 2000yen. Receptionist would try their very best to speak in English. Do learn simple Japanese language. Room was pretty much you could ask for for any 3stars in Japan. If you are travelling alone and prefer more pillows, do request at counter. Room cleaning is between 1000-1400..so plan wisely so they could clean up the room on time. Breakfast was simple, dont expect a 5stars menu for the amount you are paying. For Muslim travellers do take note as there is Pork Sausages. So eat bread or other things which is served. Downside, altough the hotel seems to be in a quiet place because its near residential area. Traveling to town area could take you more than 35mins by train/bus, which could be a hassle. Overall a good hotel to stay for the budget that you are looking for.
