Staff not friendly at all”

The staff in front hotel was staring at us when my friends try to visit room , they think my friends will stay in hotel . Or maybe just in japan hotel or just only there .

Pros- friendly staff spoke English , great location next to train , car park Cons - Entrance not well defined , dated furnishing . Car park was not clearly defined . Staff was attentive and efficient .

Smoking Hotel”

Hotel smells like smoke. No air purifier. Hotel is old. No railing to hang clothes. You need to ring the lobby in order for receptionist to come, they hide inside their office. Restaurant is closed.

Was looking for a last minute booking, so I booked this without much research. I got a smoking room even though I asked for a non-smoking room. However I was able to change rooms. I also asked for a room on a higher floor, but got the 2nd floor. The person in the room next door could clearly be heard, so walls are paper thin. Very small room, and decor from the 60s. Not clean, and the LIGHTS were flashing due to bad connections all night. Creepy. The front desk guy was weird about asking if I would bring another 'guest' in without booking. No. I'm on a business-trip, not anything else. I guess the normal booking are of this sort here? Regret booking this place.

Great buffet breakfast”

The hotel buffet breakfast is a good bargain. Really value for money. Bathroom is nice and clean. Great location, just a few minutes walk from the train station. Bags are stored in a locked room as opposed to leave them unattended in the lobby. Very good hotel!!

夜遅いチェックインにも関わらずとても丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。翌朝のチェックアウト時も変わらず丁寧な対応でした。 今回は寝る為だけの滞在になってしまいましたが、またプライベートでも利用したいと思います。

駅チカが最大の利点なホテル”

町田駅から近くて絶好のロケーションでした。 シングルルームの部屋がなかなか広かったです。 そしてテレビが若干古めです。

駅に近くとても便利”

建物の古さは有るが、部屋も風呂場も広くトイレ風呂洗面台は別にあり使い易かった。枕元の電源やwi-fiといったひと通りの設備は整っていました。加湿器はフロントでの貸し出し。部屋のエアコンは温度調節機能はなく、暖かい日でしたが暖房しか出なかったので、窓を開けて調整しました。ベッドは少し古くスプリングを感じましたが、許容範囲内。マイナスを付けるとすれば、枕の位置の天井に換気口があり、風をはらんでカタカタ夜中じゅう音がしていた点です。

サービス満点、ロケーション最高です。 設備は少々古いですが、清潔に清掃してあります。 また、その古さを補ってありあまる位、スタッフさんの対応が良いです。 ロケーションも駅近くで、レストラン、コンビニが近所に沢山あって便利です。 お勧めです。

急な事情で月曜日夜町田界隈で手頃感のあるところがこのホテルでした。お手頃感が高いホテルとしては町田駅ではナンバー1だと思います。場所も繁華街の反対側で駅から3分程度。 町田駅前にこんな静かなところがあるなんて、改めて感動しました。 いろいろとアドバイスをスタッフに頂いたりして、結局日曜日まで同じ部屋でリモートでの仕事が出来ました。 町田でお探しの方は是非一度お試し下さい^_^ モーニングチケット付きがおすすめ。 近くのお店でのんびりモーニングブレイクも出来ました！ また機会があればここに泊まります。 ありがとうございました
