I like how the pictures looked online but it was not like it was depicted

Bed, instalations, personal and everything in general was excellenet. During the checkin the person in reception didnt know english but contacted other employee trought a tablet and she helped us.

The place smelled like cigarrete sometimes.

For Tokyo near Yamanoto Line, the hotel has incredibly huge rooms at reasonable prices. Big and well equipped bathroom and all tea goods in a kitchen shelf makes the picture whole. Foye is small but...

The room was advertised as a non-smoking room but it wasn’t ... very strong smoke smell... the lights in the entrance stayed on permanently so we couldn’t get a fully dark room

This is a love hotel, which means the room is really big (especially compared to regular Japanese hotels), we had a bath tub with a jacuzzi. Room was clean. Location was great, just 2 mins walk from Otsuka JR station (which is on the Yamanote line that gets you practically everywhere in Tokyo) and about 10 mins walk from the lively Ikebukuro area.

Staff doesn't know a word in English, which made it quite difficult to communicate (but they do have a tablet where they video phone with a translator that helps you to communicate with them). Room had no real windows or view (as this is a love hotel...), and it smelled of heavy smoking, no matter how much we tried to ventilate the place.

Convenient and the accessible

It was very close to the train station which allowed for quick travel around. The price was right. Pretty quiet as the window has additional shutters to insulate the room from noise.

Marked a non-smoking room but in reality there's just no smoking in the bed. The vents are very dusty. The front desk spoke exactly zero English...which is fine but just something you should know about.

This is love hotel I think most of guest are short time lover, they sell room for stay, rest (not stay until the day after) and short time (2 hours)

The bed was comfortable (fairly firm), it had a huge TV, fridge (with some waters and teas inside), really big shower and bath area, and lots of complimentary toiletries (such as toothbrush/toothpaste, razor, mouthwash, hair gel, lotions, shampoo/conditioner/body soap, feminine pads, hair dryer, etc.). The location is what made this property really great, though. It's about a 2 minute walk to Otsuka station, which connects you to a lot of major tourist areas via the Yamanote line - Tokyo station, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Ikebukuro, etc. SUPER convenient! I would stay here again for the location alone, considering the affordable price!

The pillows were really uncomfortable... It felt like they were filled with beans. There was very little natural light, and the lighting within the room was really dim. It made it difficult to do my makeup. I ended up sitting on the bed in front of the only window, which worked fine for me, but just so you know: the lighting isn't great for getting ready.

房間煙味很濃

受付の従業員の方達の対応が良かった 頼んでいなかったチェックアウト３０分前の電話をしてくれたので 助かりました 空調もしっかりしていて 持ち込みした物を入れる冷蔵庫があったのが良かったですね 早めにチェックインできる仕様は有り難いと思います

バスルーム床に毛髪が残っていた掃除も大変だと思うんですけどね 夜食にやきおにぎりを頼んだんですがべちゃべちゃでした（冷食だろうから仕方ないのかな ドライヤーの風圧の弱さが気になりました 部屋全体ではないんですが壁が鏡張りの部分が多く少々落ち着かなかった たまたまなんでしょうけどね

想像よりきれいで広かった

フロントの方の対応とお部屋のベットメイキング等がある事。

一般的なホテルでは、無い事は理解して宿泊させて頂きましたがいざ泊まってみるとやはり料金が高いなと思いました。

寝心地がよかったです！テレビも大きくて見やすかったなぁと思います、ただ、窓がちょっとドアで閉まってたので残念でした。

受付の方の説明が簡潔で分かりやすかったのと、思ってたよりもベッドがとても大きくすごく快適に過ごせました。 また、近くに、飲食店や、スーパーなども多くあり、買い出しなども行きやすかった。 また宿泊中外に行きたい時は鍵さえフロントに預ければ外出がOKなのですごく助かりました。

テレビの横にある戸を開けたら鉄の扉があり、薄暗く少し怖かったのと、部屋の電気の消し方が分かりずらかった。また、体を洗う際に使うスポンジがお皿を洗うスポンジのようなものだったので、気になる方は自分のものを持参した方がよろしいかと。
