Great Location hotel very near Goryōkaku and providing sweet services”
It is possible to do online shopping and send the purchases to the hotel after obtaining the hotel's approval. Their online customer service is quite nice and Chinese language is available. Their online CSR helped us to communicate with the hotel and the logistics company for checking the delivery of our order when we were informed by the online store that our packages can not be sent to the hotel successfully. Moreover, the hotel and Goryōkaku are 10 minutes walking apart. There are many bus stops near the hotel, and even the city tram stop is in front of the hotel. Don't worry about where to eat in 8:00 PM.

I practically don't have to bring any toiletries if I am staying in this hotel (Cut down baggage weight). The room amenities and toiletries quality are excellent, pyjamas and slippers are provided. We also had a good view of Goryokaku from our window. Definitely my 1st choice hotel if I am going there again. It's near to many shops and restaurant. I'm impressed by this hotel quality for the price I paid. It's definitely super value for money. I also want to compliment the staff for their excellent service and consideration. They gave us 1 mask/foot patch each after our long day traveling.

the place held our bags when we arrived earlier than we could check in. We went around town and did things before coming back to check in. When we did, they had already put our bags in our room for us. They were so kind, helpful and friendly. The place was clean and in a great location! I would totally stay again!

Super great location , 1 minutes to reach Goryokaku station , 20 minutes by public transport can reach JR Station , Morning Market , Jujigae and other great view location. Hotel super comfortable and nice staff , with smoking room , with lovely lobby , convenient store attached. Highly recommend to all friends.

Although Hotel Mystays Hakodate Goryokaku is not located directly in Hakodate city center (15 minutes away), it is easily accessible by city tram, for which the tram station is right outside hotel doorstep. There are multiple department stores within walking distance and a convenience store (Lawson) on the first level of the hotel. Room is remarkably spacious as compared to other Japanese hotel. Our room had an great view of the city area with Mount Hakodate in the background. Also, room is spotless and the pajamas provided is very comfortable. Reception and valet staff are friendly and polite. Parking is reasonably priced at 700 Yen per night. Overall, we are very pleased with Hotel Mystays Hakodate Goryokaku and would highly recommend anyone who visits Hakodate to stay. Cheers :)

Great position for the fort though sadly we were too early for the cherry blossoms. Good connection via tram with harbour and excellent meal in restaurant on the other side of the crossing. Hotel breakfast a real taste experience and worth the extra payment. The view from the 14th floor was awesome and the rooms large comfortable and decent thickness towels a bonus touch.

The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from Goryokaku Park. The Queen sized room was a comfortable size, and the view of the park and hills in the distance was great. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Everything you could need was laid on in the bathroom. The lobby connects to a convenience store, and I after an 11:00 checkout I was able to relax in the spacious lobby for over an hour without any hassles.

We travelled with 2 young children and the hotel is very near to Goryokaku park. We booked a twin room and the bed is good enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 young children. Overall, the hotel is new and clean, and the location is good whereby you are explore the food and attraction spot by foot.

I chose this hotel out of the main area as I needed car parking, which was attended and very friendly! Location wasn't bad as there was a muji store and department store nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, I thought it was excellent value for money. Would come back again!

The room and everything was good, had a post card like view of the Goryakaku tower right from the room. Family mart right at the door steps and the close proximity to the tram station is a definitely a big plus.

We booked two nights for staying at Hakodate. The hotel is not really close to the Goryokaku park by walking distance. But we enjoy the view from our room. Family Mart is just at the hotel lobby..very convenient and any restaurants near by. The parking is cheap as compare to other town. Overall is good.
