I love that there is a microwave and a kettle inside the room. Made everything easier for me especially that the 3 young kids are with me. The room was also spacious for us to move around. Perfect place to stay!

I always chose this hotel whenever I came to Tokyo. It is nearby JR Nippori Station, and Keisei Nippori Station, which means easy access to JR Yamanote Line and going to Narita Airport. In the room, all amenities are there including microwave.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are small and compact but has all the necessities: TV, microwave, refrigerator, writing desk, and a comfortable bed. The toilets are also heated and the bathroom has a tiny tub with shower. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and quite near some convenience stores. It is walking distance from JR Nippori station so you can take the Skyliner from Narita Airport. Overall good value for money given that Tokyo is an expensive city. Highly recommended for those that want to stay in a quiet area.

We had a great stay at Hotel MyStays Nippori. Location is good. JR Nippori station is very near, while Nishi-Nippori station of Tokyo Subway Chiyoda line is within walking distance. Staff is very helpful. A 100¥ vending machine is nearby (get the Kirin apple juice). There's also a good 24HR diner across the hotel. Rooms are small, but everything that you need are there. We'll definitely stay here again once when we return to Tokyo.

The room itself is quite small, kinda reminds me of a standard room in a cruise ship. Bathroom is also small but can manage. Has warm and cold temperatures for the shower, as well as their aircon. Location is near Nippori station, around 5-8mins walk from the hotel. Has familymart nearby and places to eat too nearby. When taking the JR Lines, it is a 25-30min ride if you want to go to the city center like Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful, knows english as well.

Compared with other hotels of the same price, this room is big with extra shelves and box for bags and clothes. Bed for 2 is small though. Large windows. Thanks for keeping our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Very near the garment/fabric streets.

No room cleaning provided, though they can provide fresh towels upon request. Room was small but sufficient for travellers. We had 3 luggages and still had room to walk a bit. Room needs a bit of upgrading as the cabinets are dated and slightly dirty.

Good location (300 meter from JR Nippori Station). Room is clean but bit narrow. Its ok for 2 persons. Room with small kitchen (microwave & kettle) and utensil is convenient for simple cooking . There are coin laundry room at ground floor. We unable to early check in but we can leave the luggage at reception office. Their staff will transfer your luggage to room during check in time (3pm). There are one halal restaurant (Halal Sakura), 250m from this hotel.

place was ok clean and worth the price. very near theskyliner and subway. restaurants and convenience stores are also near and you have plenty to choose from. there are also some bars nearby if you want to chill before going back to the hotel. amenities of the hotel are ok. quiet neighborhood . overall i will recommend and will book again when i go back to tokyo.
