The location was PERFECT!!! So easy to get to everything. Very clean, well appointed. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very quiet room that faced AWAY from the street. Our son had a 1st floor room that faced the street, our friends had 5th floor that faced street. This is a busy street with 24 hr. tram! Very, very noisy. No air con + hot days = open windows = lots of noise. So request a quiet room and all will be perfect! P.S.: LOVED having a washer !!!!

Hotel Spalena is the best Hotel that Ive got travelling to Europe. It is large property meant for entire family of 4-7. It has a kitchen, laundry, 2 rooms, large closet and receiving area complete with amenities! It is aesthetically pleasing and well ventilaed. It is also walking distance from the tourist attractions, the clock tower, Bridge, and the malls. There are also nearby restaurant and groceries in the streets downstairs. The sfaff at the libby are all accomodating and courteous! I will definitely book again at Hotel Spalena!!!

Delightful surprise ”
I guess I wasn’t expecting too much for the price, so I was quite taken about by the place…a mini flat, rather than a hotel room, with large fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, kitchen sink and cupboards stocked with crockery/cutlery. A spacious bathroom with a washing machine…even a “hallway/ entry e lobby ))). The welcome flutes, “champagne “ and chocolates were a great touch but my favourite was the secluded ivy strewn balcony…excellent place to which I will someday return

Wonderful location and super clean”
We got the upgraded suite on the top floor. Marvelous views from the loft above the bedroom. The stairs leading to it are spiral and kinda scary to take. Great location near everything we anted to do with buses and metro steps away. They put a fan in our room, but be aware there is no Air conditioning. If you open the window, you got a nice breeze at night. However, there was very noisy people and traffic from the window facing the street one night, so to get some sleep, we had to shut it, then we slept too hot. So our friends stayed on the floor below us with a window facing away from the street and had no problem with heat or noise. So request a room with window away from street.Staff was helpful and printed out tickets for us and told us what websites to use.

Facilities were perfect! I can do the laundry in the room, instead of going outside and spending 10 EUR to have my clothes shrunk. it's very important while traveling abroad for over a month. And, subway station, department store, supermarket, bus station...all are next to the apartment! but...I think air conditioner is necessary during Summer time...

We took special care to keep rooms fresh despite the fact that it is almost impossible to get approval to install usual conditioning systems in Unesco’s protected downtown Prague. The rooms are equipped with sun screening blinds, fans, thermo-windows. You have cold refreshments in the minibar. The building itself has thick brick walls that particularly well preserve the cool. One of our best hotel experience. We have all we need in the room and the provision of a washer just hits the spot. The website did indicate washer/dryer although there was no dryer in our room. The radiator in the toilet helped with drying laundry overnight. Breakfast could do with some creativity but happy overall. Love having a balcony where we can share a bottle of wine in the comfort of our room! The 2 single beds put together as a double bed was disappointing although it may be how the culture is. Mattresses feels like they are ready to be replaced, as they creak and have sunk quite a bit.

there is a bus station and metro in 3min walk cover all city place you want to go. supermarket have one open to 11pm. Take one stop bus you can go to river side.

Enjoyed my 2 nights in the hotel. Love the mini prosecco as a welcome drink. It was clean and everything was great except that the lift was broken from 2nd day and we had to drag our big luggage all the way from 5th floor. 🙁

the only thing that was disappointing were the bed's, they were extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Did not sleep well. I wish sometimes owners of these properties would try sleeping in these beds for sometime. thanks

Location in the heart of Prague, with all amenities, from washih machine, small kitchen, fridge, drying rack, TV, air conditioner and more! The bed is great and I finally relaxed after long working hours. It is sparkling clean and the furniture is good quality. However, the staff is not so we'll speaking English, which led to some misunderstanding related to the furniture before checking in. Strongly recommend!

The hotel was conveniently located to tourist spots. The rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful with airport pick up and drop off. There are decent eateries around even for Vegans.
