A good value, Part 2”
I've commented previously on this hotel and that it's a pretty good value but with a caveat. Before you unpacking, test the Internet for at least 15 minutes. In some rooms, the Internet is very unstable. Also, the view on the sunnier side of the hotel is not as good as the other. And finally, some of the bathrooms have a glass door in the shower which makes it difficult to test the water before you go in--a problem because the water must run for a while before it gets warm.

The room has a huge window but only a small section of it can open. No air conditioning no fan. You need earplugs to sleep. The noise from the road is harsh. Amazing internet. Corona period ... so I paid really cheap This is not a tourist area. Do not leave the hotel after dark

Due to the pandemic we were not able to come to colombia. I contacted them and nobody answered me... They just took the money from our credit card. Very bad service. It is not our fould that we couldnt make it!!!

This hotel is not worth the money, breakfast was only one egg scrambled what appear to be some sort of vegetable, no menu for breakfast not an option to ask egg to be cooked a different way.. general manager was rude. Rooms are plain, no design of any kind, windows missing sheer drapes for daytime use which faces schools offices.. only roller blind for night time. Had to keep roller blind down There is ongoing construction work for remodeling of rooms. Slow check in and out. As they have to count their mixed of many little but overpriced minibar items. Location is not safe at night to go outside.. I had to take taxi at night even for 3 minutes walk.. hotel guest can't have an other visitor at evening or night unless pay almost an other room price. List goes on..., I advise to avoid this hotel.

Rooms had bad security, used a regular key not a card to secure my room. Not a friendly Custumer service. Breakfast was not ready at 6:00 am and poor food selection.

i had a great time in Bogota. The hotel staff recommended a day trip to Zipaquira.it was so worth it. Clean room and really great staff. Good breakfast

Es muy bonito pero me hospede por 6 dias y el desayuno era igual sin variación ya estaba que ni se sayunaba todos los dia los mismo y poca variedad deben corregir eso.
