very convenient hotel at Mito Station”
The hotel is just located next to Mito Station. The staff speaks fluent English. Bottled water is free of charge in both on the table and in the fridge. Room price is out of expectedly cheap with nice room and breakfast. Recommendation is a must.

Convenient location. A stone's throw from the station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. If I'm in Mito again, I'm coming back.

the location is great, just next to the mito station. the hotels is not new but very neat and clean. room is much bigger than the regular hotel in Tokyo. The public bathroom is just great.

The sign on the outer wall says Hotel Terrace. It is attached to the railroad station! It has a Japanese bath (spa). We got there early. They held our luggage and then put it into our room before we even checked in. Quiet room, no noise. I called for an extra blanket. The front-desk man brought it immediately. A maid in the hall bowed 90 degrees at the waist. On Saturday morning they were setting up for some weddings. Denny's was a 5-10 minute walk.

Excellent location if you travel (20 m from the railway station) BUT - western style breakfast is poor (although possibly the best in mito?!) - if you ask to stay until 12 (check-out time is 11) they will add 10% of the cost of the room!
