Good Experiences with Family”
This new hotel opened on Oct 9. The hotel is very clean and stylish. I had a very good experiences here with my family. The hotel downstairs is the biggest mall in Kumamoto. It is very convenience for traveler. Just the hotel main entrance is not easy to find. It located at 14/F inside the mall. And the rooms located at 4/F to 13/F. We need to get up to 14/F and change evaluator to the rooms every time. Besides this, everything is good.

Good Choice For Family”
I booked two rooms for two families. A room for three adults is very big. The hotel helped to add extra bed inside the room. Another room for two adults and one 2 years old kid is a bit small. But the hotel is very very new, it opened on Oct 9 so the condition is very very good. Downstairs is shopping mall. But the hotel reception is located at 14/F. We need to go up to 14/F every time before go down to the rooms. Besides this, every thing is very good.

It's Perfect! The best hotel I have ever stayed in Japan!”
I have visited Japan 11 times and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed with a very reasonable price. This luxury hotel was newly built in 2019 on top of a decent shopping mall with a large express bus terminal on the group floor. It was the most convenient hotel taking buses to the airport. The core shopping district in Kumamoto is nearby with only 3 minutes walking distance. Highly recommended to everyone visiting Kumamoto.

Nice New Hotel”
Brand new hotel. Super clean. Nicest hotel in town. Connected to the new shopping mall and convention center. Views of Kumamoto Castle from the rooms. Hotel is downtown and you can walk everywhere or take the street car if you want. Right across from the Shinshigai Arcade. Rooms are nice and clean. People at the counter are nice. They have a restaurant but I didn't try it. The only odd thing is that the check in is on the top floor and then you have to take a second elevator to get down to your room. The connected shopping mall is very popular and has many new shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and a movie theater.

5 star hotel at an awesome rate. Stayed for 2 nights. Staffs were friendly and tried to give recommendations to parking areas. Rooms were clean and new.

Modern and Comfortable”
The bathroom is the best as the space is relatively bigger than usual japan hotel bathroom. Bedroom is comfortable as well, furnishings were able to create a relaxing environment. It was a pleasant stay.

Good location”
The hotel is pretty new, great location right at sakuramachi bus station. can walk to nearby shopping streets which leads to the main shopping belt. The room is pretty small but clean and nice. A/C was a bit weak can't really control and wind speed. the room does not have a safe. overall an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is very nice and with nice view. The service there is great and also the location is just next to bus station and also big shopping mall.

Nice, nice, nice”
Location is perfect. The bus station is just right down the hotel and so is the mall. Breakfast is totally Japanese. Not much staff to bus your plates. Hotel is just across the arcade. Room is nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient location/ Clean”
I would recommend traveller if rapid taking regular bus to Beppu/ Aso/..etc as the hotel is located just right above the bus terminal, me and my mum can get up very last minute and just 2 mins can arrive! However, I put 4 star for location as it is far from the shopping area “Torichosuji” and Kumamoto castle; secondly it is a bit hard to search the entrance from the building as well, should have put more sign if possible

--LOCATION-- It is quite difficult to locate the front entrance, especially for the driver, since it can not be clearly shown on the map. --ROOM and CLEANESS-- The room size is kinder small which we could barely open two luggage at the room. The bathroom provides a shower area and bathing hub separately, which can fulfil two-person taking shower at the same time. As the hotel is just opened shortly, all the equipment and facilities are brand new and provide a decent and comfortable environment for the visitors. --FACILITIES-- It only has an in-hotel restaurant which is opposite to the hotel lobby. --TRANSPORTATION-- The hotel located in a convenient position of Kumamoto. There is a major bus terminal down in SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto which provides transportation to Aso Kumamoto Airport and Fukuoka Airport. Also, light-rail service is also available --OTHERS-- For the driver visitor, Karashima Park Car Park is suggested as the hotel will provide a parking discount.

Best hotel in Kumamoto”
It is newly opened in Oct 2019. Fantastic view of Kumamoto castle thru window. But no spa and swimming pool. Location and shopping mall where is actually at the same building, room size etc I can hardly list up of all advantages for the staying. Very pleasant stay. You may walk to the castle by 10 min walk. I will definitely come back to stay.

A brand new Hotel ”
Elevators from 2/F of the mall only reach to the hotel lobby on 14/F, you have to take another elevators from the lobby to go down your guest rooms. Breakfast was good and the restaurant can see the Kumamoto Castle. Staffs service were very good.

Perfect location - above the Sakuramachi Bus Terminal and shopping Centre. Walking distance to major tourist spots and shopping areas. The hotel is new and clean. The staff are nice The entrance is a bit difficult to locate - pass the Family Mart on the 2/F (lobby at 14/F) The standard double room is a bit small but normal in Japan
