Excellent Service (manage to retrieve lost items!)”
Room is of decent size, able to store luggages and still has room for walking, room is very neat and clean. We had a great comfortable stay. Location is good too, many convenience stores nearby and really near Kanda station. Quite a few 24hours restaurants around too. Left my wallet in the hotel after check-out and the staffs were really helpful to help me retrieve it! This hotel is definitely worth for their services and comfort!

I love area since its 5 mins walk from Kanda Station and 13 mins. Walk to Tokyo Station. ”
The vicinity is great since its near the stations, the staff were so kind and they can speak english by the way. My stay was wonderful and memorable. I love the room since its really clean. It was worth the price that I paid for! Would definitely book this place once again if I visit Tokyo.

A short walk from Kanda station (a slight challenge if you have a few luggages), near restaurants and convenience stores. Good service at the front desk and housekeeping regularly ask if room can be cleaned. Will stay here again.

Rooms and bathrooms are very small but it is all very clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and speak good English, there are lots of little extras available. Breakfast is orientated toward Japanese style rather than Western style.

Staff was extremely friendly and even offered free soba noodles over the new year. Housekeeping was excellent and location was conveniently located in between Otemachi station for the Tokyo Metro and Kanda station for JR lines.

The breakfast is not good !!! NO any water dispenser !!!!!”
The Breakfast is so poor compared with the other hotel I stayed in Osaka and Fukuoka; The hotel's breakfast is really not good !!! And even whole hotel doesn't have any water dispenser machine, if you don't supply any bottle water in room, at least you can prepare a water dispenser machine nearby the lobby , so we can have some water after we finish whole tired day !!!!!

Good location”
this’s my second time staying here,still like staying here as it’s very good location, not far from jr and metro and 7-11 just next to hotel door, room is so clean, toilet is big and clean too. Staff at front desk name Hachoi or someting(sorry if i remember her name wrong) , she’s really cute, always see smile on her face. i will be absolute repeat staying here.

Hourly rate for late check out????”
I arrived at 6am due to change in international flight. I asked if I could have a late check out the same day i.e. until 12noon instead of 11am so that I could rest from the overnight flight. The staff wanted to charge Y1,100 for this additional hour. Unacceptable.

I was shocked that they didn’t provide mineral water for the guests in the room even i had asked them. The staff told me that i have to buy mineral water by myself outside. Ridiculous

Very small room for asian couple. Very cramp and no room for luggage space. Felt very squeeze up. Staff not very helpful. Wanted to loan a knife to cut apple (brought the apple to the reception) but was told not the hotel policy to cut for us or even loan the knife to us.😭
