I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is 2min walk from East Exit 6 of Hakata station, which makes this hotel's location very convenient, as I was doing some day trips from Fukuoka to other parts of Kyushu. The room size was comfortable enough for me. There is 24 hours free coffee and lemon water. The breakfast was delicious and light - choice of juices, coffee, bread and pastries, which were different everyday. Best of all it starts at 6am. Perfect for those early morning day trip starts. The onsen was very welcome after a day's walking around, which you could check if it was busy using your TV. Check in and check out was quick and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I will stay here again.

Near Hakata Station!”
We stayed here for 5D4N, very affordable at the time when I booked it. They have polite and friendly staff. We are satisfied with the size of the room, enough for 2 people to stay in, and very clean. There’s free breakfast (light). Simple hotel but will have everything you need. There’s also coin-operated washing machine & dryer for when you need to wash clothes. It’s very near walking distance to Hakata Station - very convenient! , and there are alot of places to eat nearby. When you checkout and still have a lot of time before your flight, they allow you to leave your luggage and come back for it later (on the same day). When we visit Fukuoka, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again. THank you.

Clean ,comfortable and cozy. Good location and service. The staff were so helpful , friendly and polite. Light meals for breakfast and evening , plus the free mobile phone with free local call were provided . Highly recommend !! Unfortunately that we stayed on the same floor with the group of Chinese guests , they made a loud noise ( slammed the doors /banged the wall) and shouted to talk to each other across the rooms .. all night long. (X 3 nights)

Comfy hotel near Hakata station”
I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Wing because of: ° free light breakfast ° public bath/onsen at the 2nd floor ° coin laundry. They clean the room everyday unless you opt out, and their staff is the kindest :) they provide all basic toiletries, pajamas and room slippers. As a solo traveller, this is one of the best value hotels out there. I know now where to book when I return to Hakata. Cheers!

Great place to stay in Hakata”
This hotel is about 10 mins from Hakata Station although the nearest exit (Exit 6) is just about 5 mins from the hotel. They offer free simple breakfast (bread, coffee, juice, croissant, milk) up to 10 am, Coffee 24 hrs. At nighttime, a place in the lobby to relax with lounge chairs and music thru a provided headphone. The rooms are bright and cheery although quite small. Staff very helpful. THey showed me the nearest bus station to the international airport. Outside appearance is deceiving as the lobby is on the second floor. Would like to come back again. Make sure you get this hotel not the other hotel with the same name in Hakataekimae.

We Will Be Back”
Small hotel rooms in Japan is standard so we were not surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, no English TV channels though. The free breakfast was great and they allow you to take-out food and coffee (UCC). The on-site onsen was a big bonus to relax our tired muscles after a whole day of exploring Northern Kyushu. The staff were polite and helpful. We will definitely be back soon!

Very clean room; hotel only a 7 min walk from hakata station. staff are extremely nice. there is also a public bath at the second floor. even though it is quite small, if you can avoid the crowd it is quite a treat. only downside was waiting for the elevator (there’s only one). besides that, everything was perfect. highly recommend!

We stayed here in Sep. There was a female staff who can speak English fluently and she saved us..! We had a problem with renting a car which we booked in advance. While we were in panic, the staff helped us check train/bus schedule and talked to the rental car people downstairs as well. Thanks for her, we could enjoy the trip to Yufuin :) The hotel itself was a bit small but cozy. I'd love to visit here again!

Pos: Good location - walking distance between hotel to JR station. In or next to the station, there are department stores and shopping malls for you to spend your time and money. Various choose of food surrounding the station, some even operate late night! 2 to 3 convenient stores (2 x Lawson and a Family Mark) nearby, you will always fed up no matter day or night. Nice and helpful hotel staff! Nice and relaxing library lounge - well, I would say it is just a little opened public area for multiple functions. Serve light breakfast in the morning and meal for all day long till 11PM. You may have a sit with cup of coffee (or glass of water) and see if you can making new friends (hotel guests). Cons: Small room, seems quite normal in most of the budget hotel in Japan. The fridge doesn't come with freezer, so you can't make ice cube or storing your ice-cream in the hotel room (but you can get ice cube at 10/F) Bed too soft (never have chance to ask if changeable / swap-able)

Pros: Airport is just 15mins away by taxi, or by subway to hakata station in less than a 10min Family Mart and Lawson just across the street Clean and Value for money Comes with free simple breakfast which is really good, bread was yummy, ucc coffee or cocoa plus juices. Coffee and water is available all day in the breakfast area Cons: - Nearest exit for the subway hakata east exit no.6 has stairs only, so if you have luggage with you it will be hard to go up or down -hotel english name not in google map better get a calling card with japanese name and location to show for taxi rides -no free bottled water but if you have a container you can get lemon water from the breakfast area which is available all day

The hotel quite near the Hakata Station, few minutes walk. Convenient store just nearby as well. We love the hot springs bath very much, especially in cool weather & after whole day shopping.
