Hyatt (Guam) is our main go-to hotel of choice. We’ve done our wedding, sons birthday and numerous staycations and dinners. Never disappoints! Timing was kinda off for us this time around, being with the pandemic at the moment. But the hotels cleanliness was assuring enough for us to want to stay over.

I staied 3days. I can say this hotel is one of the best service in the world. Even, the staff Lily who korean. Hers kind is over the classic. During the stay in guam. I reserved few activities. But there are little problem. Then Lily helped me so kindly. She call the company for me. and explain, slove the problem. I've never recieved this service anyother hotel. Love the Room I choose although, very wide and I really liked the bathroom side. The amenities stated Cookies upon arrival, but cookies is not there when we came. They put us up @7th floor and my views at the balcony was ok.I would’ve ask for a higher level for the sake of more nicer views next time. Some lights in the room wasn’t working as well. The jacuzzi at the poolside isn’t working & shower area is not Open. But the staff at the front-desk was very accommodating since they checked us in late-we checked out @1:00pm instead but you can still use the poolside till 7pm. Overall, it’s a great hotel rooms and accommodating staff. Will recommend this hotel rooms and the restaurant at the lobby too. Thanks and have a great day.

Hafa adai! Great trip for me and my mom&sister, it was our first trip to Guam. Two of us arrive first, and I will be there late. So I certainly asked you when they arrive there, please check in first for them, before we departure, and you said 'yes I will'. BUT, One of your Korean staff stopped them at the lobby, and asked my passport, and keep saying 'If you don't have reserved person's passport, you can't check in'. They(my mom and sister) waited an hour in your hotel lobby!! How can she said that? That time, I was in airport to Guam. If they took my passport, how can I go there? It was disappointed. But except that, I'm totally SATISFIED!

Second time in guam. First time we stayed in outrigger. I would recommend outrigger for its perfect location. And the oceanview rooms are really oceanview. My oceanview in hyatt is more of trees and pool view. Staff are wonderful though and will really help you... bathroom needs major scrubbing...

It is my second time to stay in this hotel. Sent a request for an early check in but hotel is not responsive at all. No water when we went back at midnight. How could that be considering that this is a four star hotel. Will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

Good location! But old building and equipment and not clean floor!”
Good location and convenient to go shopping and nice beach and great swimming pools. But the hotel with 5 star certificate have old building and equipment, and not clean floor to feel lots of sands. When checking in around 3pm, the receptor said the room was not ready, we said it's OK, we were going to shopping for a while. After back to the hotel, we got a room with being very far from main elevator and locating the farthest corner of the building at 2nd floor. In addition, the view was blocked by a tree, but my order was a room with ocean view. We responded to the hotel in the 2nd day, and the receptor said we could pay extra fee $20 USD to upgrade the room at 9th floor. We paid for it not complaining because we didn't want to break our good emotion. In addition, the high room fee didn't include breakfast.

Nice service, nice staff But no cancellation refund even during the outbreak of covid-19 A good company needs to take social responsibility of stopping disease spreading When we visited, very very few staffs wore face masks My friends and me had the most uncomfortable experience there in our lives And after coming back home we are all in self-isolation and worry about being infected.
