Excellent accomodation in the heart of Birmingham”
We were looking for accommodation in a hurry as we didn't expect to stay in Birmingham overnight and we decided to take a chance on this hotel. We were certainly glad that we did. It was certainly WAY BETTER than what what expected for the price that we paid. Real value for money. Excellent hotel and facilities for the price.

Great spot for theatre, restaurants. Could hear some noise from bars but still had good nights sleep. Helpful staff. Food ( good choice and full breakfast bar on offer)and bar at hotel. Only thing I would say is needs a hairdryer in room.

Good, but don’t expect to get any sleep”
Staff, room, location & breakfast were fine. Heating in room is way to loud & you can’t turn it off. We also had loud music until 3.30 in the morning. Didn’t get a wink of sleep. We were in room 141 So if you don’t want to sleep, it’s worth a stay.

Good location in Chinatown but spoiled by hooligans and noise”
Excellent location for Chinatown food and city centre shopping but my sleep is badly disturbed by I think the nightclubbers who stayed up until 3 am ,shouting loudly, visit each other by knocking and bang the door, somehow I was scared that they will come to my room by mistake if I didn’t lock the door properly. There are also clubbing music with heavy bass on until 3am, I slept badly due to all this. I think there should be security man work in the hotel to stop this kind of behaviour or good people will not rebook.
