perfect location for train trip”
Great location to take train. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It has a lovely swimming pool &garden. It's convenient to find sth. in the nearby.

A male tall staff called Yashin was very helpful in showing me a bus stop to the Medina. He also booked Che Alli restaurant for me. At breakfast counter some mornings paper napkin was not found, other mornings salt & peeper, and every morning serving forks & spoons were missing. Every time I asked aforementioned staff called Yashin, he supplied.

Nice stay”
The hotel location and interior design with pool are excellent. It is next the gare de Marrakesh and SupraTours bus. The garden is very nice with lots of public space and seats and shades. The room was small but clean and modern. The hospitality knowledge, awareness, and attention are consistent to the local culture: very casual and 'it may be available.' As a member of an international hotel group (Accor), the staff service is inadequate -- no poor towels, dining room staff missing for 10 minutes, missing forks and spoons at breakfast. Overall, our overnight stay was pleasant. The location is short walk from Carre Eden and Menara malls.

Strategic location, excellent amenities, comfortable bed, attractive pool, willing staff. Just the shower bath had its wastewater sink clogged...

Good for Tourists on the move”
This is what I like about the Ibis chain their locations always fits my travel needs. I’m next to the train station and bus terminal and tour companies knows where it is makes it very convenient for pickup. They’re not located to where the actions and fun activities are, but you are just steps away to whichever transport you need for your next adventure…that’s the trade off I guess…

Cheap and cheerful hotel conveniently located”
Bus stop into town outside the hotel. Taxi stand outside the Supratours station right outside the hotel. Some decent restaurants across the road foe a quick bite and to drink Mint tea or a coffee and watch the world go by.

Near to the train station and bus station. If that's what you need then this is a good option. Restaurant food was okay.

Overall It was good. Locate on right beside the station. There are some food shops across the street. Able to take a local bus to medina for 4 dirhams.

Staff was so friendly and helpful and hotel was located right beside Gare de Marrakech. However, facilities desperately need an update. Toilet tiles old , drain was clogged, A/C not working, pillows and towels dirty white.

Close to the train station with lots of restaurants and reasonable prices. We had a great stay in the medina, but it was nice to get away from the tourist hotspot for a night. The hotel is 8 minutes from the airport.

Don't expect Much”
The only positive part is that it is at a location which is closer to all of the attractions. And offers free parking. Breakfast was also good.

closed to the train station, however far from tour spots. matress was good, but not cleaned room (there was no refrigerator, maybe all hotels in Marraketh?). If you visit in Marraketh for biz, it would be fine. but for tour? well..

Only got one hair dryer in hotel, yet they lost it and even no hair dryer is provided No towel is provided and facilities is way less than what it’s class belong to

The rooms are run down and dirty. Elevator was out of order. Only good thing is the location.
