We highly recommand Natuŕa hotel . It was a great experience . The location was perfect for everything even in term of price/quality its perfect. 25 min by walk from the city center. So no need tge bus transfer. Food location to picked up to visit all the places with bustravel is. We were so lucky as well to see the northern lights 3 times even from the hotel as well. I will book again in this hotel when i come back to this magical place. Thank you

Lovely hotel and staff. We stayed in two rooms. One was lovely the other was a little tired and not so nice. Food and drink stupidly expensive. Think you should do a better deal for guest on the dining front. Thanks

This hotel is like a spa in the outskirts of the capital just a few minutes from the center. Modern, clean, spacious, with excellent staff and service. Definitely would love to come back!

Spa is additional cost, we booked for 7nights (6n from other booking app + 1n agoda) i requested if they can give a complimentary spa access but still none.. some days our room is not cleaned, we have to call the reception and request for it. Other than this, we liked the hotel, breakfast spread is really good. Although a bit far from the city center, we use the hopp scooter and takes us 15mins there.

Unreasonably small room without any drawers, room smelled like jet fuel if you opened the window, room cleaner did not refresh cups or glasses, restaurant buffet about the same as eating on a plane, spa area sort of nice but also weirdly small. The main plus was ample parking.

Slightly off city center. good hotel to base off from (we had a car though). Free parking on the premises. Near to restaurants and all. Decent breakfast.

Very modern and nice hotel with a friendly and capable staff. The location was away from convenient local shops, restaurants and transportation which made the hotel isolated.

The hotel staff promised to refund the tour fee if can't see the northern light. The weather was bad and can't see Northern light, but no one from the hotel follows up, and no refund so far. I feel I was cheated to book the tour.

...leider ist das Frühstück traurig - nur 1 Sorte Wurst/Käse und die weichen bzw harten Eier waren kalt. Schade auch, dass weder isländischer Lachs noch Heringshäppchen zum Frühstück angeboten wurden.

Hôtel très propre. Les hôtesses d'accueil très serviable. Le petit déjeuner inclus très bien, il y a du choix. Juste la localisation un peu loin du centre de Reykjavik mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Nous avons passé un court séjour très agréable.
