Good size room”
Good size room and comfortable bed. Location is a bit far from Ueno Station and commercial area, about 15-20 mins walk. It is located in quite residential area, if you preferred quiet. Clean and staff is nice. Breakfast is good. Yes, I will recommend this hotel with family.

Although ther are not many choices of food around, the hotel is very close to Tokyo Metro station. Staff are nice and friendly and the cleanliness is excellent.

If you are a family with a young kid/baby looking to sleep together, you need to make sure your check the size of the bed beforehand as the double bed was only a standard size 4ft wide so difficult to fit. The price is good for central location. With luggage and a baby and getting off the airport express at Ueno Station, you probably need a taxi ride to the hotel (less than 1000yen). Fairly difficult to walk from Ueno station or change from Ueno station to Shin-okachimachi (pretty long walk to change). Apart from the fat lady being fairly unpleasant, the other staff are very nice overall. If you are traveling with kids, you might need to ask them everyday for additional towels, I asked for the first day but did not bother the rest of the days (don't understand why they did not record this as I booked 3 people). You might also need to check the necessity in your room, I have two bottles of hair conditioner but no hair shampoo (didn't bother, just use the shower gel for hair).

In a very quiet neighborhood. All staff are very friendly. Room is very clean. Although it takes 10 mins walking from Ueno main area, others are nothing to be picky. highly recommended.

The hotel is new and in very good condition. The room was small, which was expected, but some Western visitors in Japan for the first time might be surprised. Staff was friendly and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after we checked out.

Der Platz wurde optimal genutzt. Das Duschgel roch fantastisch, der Klodeckel war warm. Es war immer sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Einziges Manko: Kein Frühstücksbuffet sondern jeden Tag dasselbe Essen - aber dafür eben auch sehr lecker mit Getränkeflat. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Ein Kleiderschrank wäre dennoch irgendwie toll gewesen. Mein Tipp: 15qm lohnen sich!

本来要等朋友先定了一晚上单人房还有5晚上双床房，入住时酒店直接给我升级成了双床房，免去了我第二天还要退房再办理入住的麻烦，员工也很亲切，大厅还有免费茶、咖啡和水喝，位置离上野御徒町站很近

第一次到東京”
第一次來東京，聽大家說住在上也附近是最便宜最方便的。這裡離地鐵站很近，不過最近的出口好像都沒有電梯，要扛著行李真的很累。請大家慎選。不過，他的早餐是給你點數換取的，一天10點很夠，你不僅可以換早餐還可以換很多零食、泡麵。
