Det är ett trevligt hotell med närhet till centrum och en fantastisk frukost buffé. Personalen är hjälpsam och trevlig. Restaurangen som ligger inne i hotellet är inte den bästa men det gör inte så mycket när det är nära till stan och många andra matställen att välja bland. För övrigt är vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och om man vill använda relaxen rekommenderar jag att ta med badkläder=) Hotellet rekommenderas varmt.

Inntel Hotel is in great location. The hotel has 16 floors, if I recall. The first 2 nights we stayed in the Junior Suite Room 1310 at the 13th floor. This room is set up in the corner of the bldg where you could see the two views: river and waterfront. I was told all rooms in every floor with “10” on the last digits have these two views mentioned above. Lovely room with a private sauna inside. We enjoyed it. . Inntel Hotel Is just an 8min walk to Beurs where a huge shopping area is located. The breakfast offers diverse dishes. It is great to have a fresh smoke salmon. It would have been nicer if they serve diverse sweet or savoury pastry. not just a natural doughnut and choc croissant daily. The staffs are nice and accommodating. The hotel’s fitness is small. There are 5 basic machines available. This area is needing a regular cleaning and dusting off. well ventilation is recommendedto freshen the area especially when the floor is carpeted. Currently we are staying in one rooms of a different room category: design panorama. the hallway’s carpeted floor smell musty. This is the floor where the fitness, pool, spahaven is located. The floor’s hallway carpet really need good cleaning.

Very poor value for money, €200 for 1 night. The check in and out was slow”
Small room for 3 people but the 3rd bed was a single bed. Really outdated bathroom and inaccurate pictures of the room. We had the city side which was loud in the morning. This would be fine if we were charged half as much but for €200 per night we expected much more

Checked in 27.07.2019 @3.30pm,Reception staff rude. Panoramic twin bed room was very small. Bathroom adequate but small. Powerful shower. Bathroom condiments. Snacks in room covered in dust...I should have taken a pic. Beds comfy but too close to each other. Health centre lovely most enjoyable part of my stay.

The hotel smells from fish cooking coming from the restaurant downstairs, lots of noise from the outside, the windows are not noise proof, reception always has long queue and takes long time to answer the phone, no pressure of water in the shower, stay away...

Best Hotel ever”
The service tip Top,the breakfast was at the best but bit expensive.My room with the nice view of Port,the tram direct before the door,I will come again 💃🏽💃🏽😍
