Friendly Staff, neat & spacious rooms”
We stayed just for few hours as we arrived late@ 06:00am morning & we had flight after, staff were kind & friendly, room was spacious, clean & neat, amenities were good, we woke up noon, so we didn’t experience breakfast or any other facilities.

One of my favorites in Beirut”
Phoenicia Hotel has a history, and you can feel it. The service is high class, and nothing is impossible. The café staff is a bit "tired", and don't pay as much attention as I'd like (maybe bcs Im a woman without manly company - which could be a cultural thing). The hotel is located by Zeytouna bay, which is a nice place to walk and eat. You can also walk to downtown Beirut in 10 min. Our first room, on 9th floor, didnt have wifi. so we asked to change, and ended up in a room on the 1st floor which smelled like cigarettes... but we din't feel like moving again, and instead we were offered a breakfast buffet for free (good service). All in all, its a great place. Grand entrance, grand lobby... great pool area. Love it

Great property - well managed with the most amazing breakfast spread ever. Clean rooms but be careful not to get one looking at the bombed out building in the back. Only complaint is value for money - but expensive for what you get.

i’m very disappointed, this is my favorite hotel in beirut and i always book directly through them. i booked this stay through your app and choosed grand deluxe room with balcony, when i reached i was surprised that you booked me a standard room. but what is written in the confirmation is grand deluxe. they told me that this is completely your mistake booking me the wrong room and they refused to give me the the room that i wanted because it’s not their mistake.

Great hotel but need to solve the crossing issue”
My overall experience was very good, but there are a few things that disappointed me... No safe street crossing around the hotel. except for this and the fact that they are still providing Nescafé instead of Nespresso, it is a very nice hotel.

Great hotel for short escape”
Overall great experience. Upgraded to a suite which was excellent. Breakfast was out amazing. Be careful if you are driving your own car; you have to pay for parking (even as a paying customer at the hotel). If you stay more than 12 hrs pay for the $20 unlimited option.

everything was great except the front desk guys had no idea that i had paid in full for the room including breakfast.. and they did not tell me that i had to pay extra for ordering my breakfast in the room..
