this hotel has been a little off centre but its so worth it”
-hotel staff was nice and friendly and helpful. -Hotel was not new but kept in such a good standard with the view of river. -Location still convenient with only few minutes to metro. -good service and helpful on directions to anywhere in Tokyo.

Not worthy of 5 star”
My smoking room smelled after cigarette, which is a major turnoff, rooms are clean but old. The breakfast was below expectations for a 5 five star hotel. The location is not practical at all, except if you’re only planning on shopping in Ginza and eat at the fish market.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bathroom with tub is a bonus. However, i found stains on pillow case which is gross.

Wonderful Bay View”
The room with amazing bay view, also can see the rainbow bridge from our room. All staffs are friendly, some even can speck Chinese. It's really a nice hotel and comfortable hotel.

It was pleasant however the location is quite inconvenient. Some taxi drivers were not familiar with the hotel.

Location a bit annoying - but ticks boxes”
Although it looks like kind of downtown it was a bit annoying to continuously have to go back and forth on the subway to get anywhere from the hotel! But the rooms are big and comfy and great views of the harbor. Ticks regular intercon boxes but may need a little refurb around the edges...
