Noisy”
Location-wise its like 20 mins walking to old city or central bus stop. So its not too bad, but that also means its not really close to anything. The biggest problem for me is the noise. 1) Every night from 8 till 12 pm, you felt like you were sleeping on street with a bunch of drinking ppl talking/ laughing around you. I stayed four nights and every night was the same. 2) Anytime when someone open or close their door, my door was shaken (with my bed next to it). 3) Super noisy air conditioning/ heating Knowing the above, imagine you need to wake up early the next morning for sightseeing or go to central bus station. The staff at reception was quite nice but they didnt give me any early check in when I arrived on Friday 11:30 to avoid the Sabbath. My honest feedback is given the room rate, I wont say its a bad place to stay, especially when noise does not bother u.

Nice Hotel, but space for improvement”
We were there for one week. Staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was great! the only facility was the roof top. Two rooms, one double, one for one person: the staff mistaked them, told us, they are the same, but they were not. One room with safe, the other not. Towles were changed every day. Bathroom is full of mold that could be easily removed, but nobody does. No room cleaning the whole week in one of the rooms. one day we had wet stains on our bed. The staff changed the duvet cover quickley.

I booked a superior double bed room. Prior to my arrival contacted the hotel asking to get a room with a double bed not 2 tween conected, was answered "no problem" When got to the hotel of course the room was with 2 tween beds. Could live with that, just that the room I got was filthy. The beds linen were not chanched since the last guests, full with pubic hair, stained, the carpet was not vacuumed and full.of food remains, when I call the reception guy to see it, he admitted to be embarrassed... They offer us a smaller room with smaller bathroom, saying thus is the only room available. As we had no other choose we agreed and promised that the next day they see what can be done. The next day we were moved to a bigger room, cleaner with bigger bathroom (though the barroom door was coming out of the wall and couldn't be closed properly) nevertheless, must say that when we got back to the room the last now, opening the room for, we were greeting by 2 cockroaches running across the room.

Jerusalem Inn was wonderful. It was economical, staff was marvelous and very helpful, location was perfect, the room was clean and comfortable with everything that we needed, and breakfast was very good. Would stay here again. Loved it!!!

Very good location, 5-minute walk to the Jaffa Gate, and with the tram stations and bus stations nearby. Almost near the Jaffa road, a charming road, with plenty of stores, and a piano! People sing and dance with musicians playing the piano very night on Jaffa road! Fantastic! Surprisingly great breakfast! Not a buffet, but a set (freshly made after order): fried eggs with salad, unlimited supplies of bread and cheese, fresh juice, coffee, and fresh yogurt. Room is comparatively small, but with a balcony. Toilet is very small, and the door opens to the bed, with no supplies of toiletry. Shower is hot.

Torn bed sheets, dusty surfaces within the room, dirty finger marks on the mirror, NO hot water in the hand basin, the water fawcet knocking, the hand basin blocked. So - not the hotel I'd recommend & definitely an overpriced establishment not worth anything like the rate paid on line

not good room”
The room itself is very small even the toilet room is hard to enter because the door meets the toilet. We wanted to upgrade to a better room but the upgraded rooms had an unpleasant smell

Horrible place, good location”
This place was awful. It was dirty, the staff wad extremely unpleasent and unhelpful (didn't even tell us that breakfast was in different hotel). Though orderd superior room, got small, unclean room with tiny balcony (big enough for one person to stand in). The bathroom-shower door and wall were made of glass, which although not completely transparent, was pretty see-through. In the morning a staff member tried to enter our room (with a key!) and when we opened the door - asked when we were leaving. The manager was unimpresessed by this and said "the cleaner had made a mistake". Staying in this place was a mistake.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the old city and in a place where you can walk and eat . The breakfast is good, but you have the option to go to their hotel hotel which is three blocks away where the breakfast is awesome. Didn't like the bathroom is too small and uncomfortable.

Great location.....walking distance to all the sites. Close to bus stasion,a 10 min walk or take rail just 2 stations your close to this hotel.. noisy every night,a bar just below and they drank and it was loud every night. If you get a room with breakfast its a five min walk to a dif hotel. I was mad at first but wasnt a big deal..
