Superb Location , Good Facilities”
I reserved for Annex Room , different location from the main building. This place located very close to public transport , Both monorail and bus. You can take most of the bus from NAHA bus terminal so it's very convenient to travel by bus. If you take HipHop day tour , you can select boarding point at Double tree hotel, which very close to this place also. Room very new and clean, Full of facilities (fridge, microwave, TV with VOD, washing machine). Vending machine and water cooler available at the reception. There is a few Convenient stores and a few izakaya restaurant around. You can take 10 Minutes to walk to Kokusaidori shopping street.

its more like an apartment rather than a hotel”
its well kept and clean, neat and comes with kitchen, utensils, water boiler, microwave overn, washing machine, dryer machine so it was very convenient for all 3 of us. The apartment did not come with daily housekeeping throuhout our stay there and you will be expected to handle your own housekeeping, since we are used to that sort of discipline it was relatively easy for us to manage. We were driving a car during the trip so parking was public parking and luckily for us it was just behind the apartment so it was an easy 2 minutes walk, the rate is very reasonable, anything above 12 hours will be 800 yen, otherwise its 100 yen per hour. Hope these helps..

Clean, Convenient and Caring Staff ”
- It is a serviced apartment which is situated only 2 min away from the nearest monorail station. - Well kept and cleanliness was maintained very well. - During our 4 nights stay, they clean our room once (tho you can request for them not to come) - As we landed early in the morning, staff asked us to put our luggages at the lobby first (which is situated in another building) and they had put them in our rooms upon checking in.

Exceptional Value”
Great location, very clean, and awesome amenities. Had the Handy room companion system (smartphone with free Internet and calls which you can use during stay) as well as an amazing VOD collection with thenTV. Room is well kept and has in room laundry. Shower pressure was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Good location, near to station and walking distance to the city centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful with providing information. We had the annex room, which is spacious and comes with great amenities. All is great except we found small ants and coffee stains on the cups when we checked-in. One side note also the mattress is a bit hard for us so we didn't feel so comfortable with sleep at times but it could be an individual preference. No parking space as this is city but found a 24 hours parking spot less than 2 mins drive from hotel. It costs about 700 yen for 24 hours parking so it was a good deal. Definitely recommend this hotel to those who wants value for money and good location to city centre shopping.

We really like the hotel very much!! Very convenience which hotel near to Monorail station. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Hotel has bathtub, washing machine and washing machine dryer...... Will come back this hotel again. Full recommend to all of you plan to Okinawa!!

The room is clean and the space is just right for two of us. There is washing machine and dryer which we really use it. The accommodation (we stayed at the Annex) is about 7-10mins walk to Asahibashi station.

Small in size but you will amaze with the ID! You will definitely like the room and it’s facilities. Toilet is attached in room unlike others hotel in Naha. This is our first time using the hotel’s kitchen, washer and dryer. The location is good and staff are very helpful!

Great price, location, room”
I had a pleasant stay here. It was more like a private apartment, which suited us. There was a washing machine and dryer which was great since we could do our laundry (we were at the mid point of our trip). The staff gave us some laundry powder and also bottles of water at check in which was nice. The room was new and clean, and the location and price was hard to beat! Very satisfied.

The location is perfect which is near to Nana Bus terminal. And the staff were so nice that they were so willing to solve the problem we had. I definitely will book the same room if I visit Okinawa.

Great Experience ”
I stayed at this hotel for 15 days, the hotel is located 2 min walk from Asahibashi Station and 5 mins away from Kensho Mae and Kokusai Dori. The room was spotless and has laundry and a small kitchen. Highly highly recommended.

Good location, comfy room, nice staff”
Accommodation is located near the monorail, and about 10mins slow walk to kokusai dori street. It is also near a car renta shop which makes our trip travelling around okinawa very convenient. Monorail to naha airport is within 20mins. Hotel room is clean and equipped with all the basic amenities and toiletries. Overall a pleasant stay throughout.

Apartment was huge and conveniently located near a train station in Naha. It was easy to travel around to other places as there was a bus terminal nearby too. There's a small shopping mall nearby which had some shops including a daiso.

Clean, value for money ”
Location was near kokusai dori shopping street (about 5 mins walk). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and facilities was good. Only downside was the building is near the main road so occasionally it could get a bit noisy, but overall we had a great stay here.

Great location , before checked-in , was told I would receive bigger unit instead. Fast response communication with the staff though agoda apps in mandarin/chinese. location wise is the best . 2 mins walking to asahibashi station . 15 mins walking/700 m to the Don Quijote International Street. The only disadvantage is that it does not have a parking lot but I booked this so that I could take the train to catch an early flight next morning so it was alright to me .

A place to stay which u can wash yr clothes as the reception hand us washing powder n ask us if the washing powder is enough, a very friendly staff. Dryer is available too so is very convenient. Room is clean too.

Clean, new and good location”
First impression - the place doesn't look like much. But the interior is clean, new and impressive. Location is near to Kokusai Street, so finding food isn't an issue. Staff is helpful and available 24hours. Only inconvenience is no room service, so you will need to bring your used towels down to the front desk if you want clean ones in exchange. There are no facilities in this apartment block but there is a washing machine and a dryer - this is more than helpful. Certainly value for money given the space available, compared to other hotels.

Convenient location and unexpectedly spacious”
They have two locations which we got confused at the beginning. The staff at checkin is nice and attentive although she understand minimal English. Overall a 9/10 rating for my experience here (1 point off since they don’t have WiFi in their room, but a local smart phone is provided with internet access and free calling worldwide)
