Superb Experience and Stay!”
Booked Japanese Style Room, which is clean and tidy, with a good sea-view balcony. My booking included a breakfast and a dinner, and I enjoyed it so much. The onsen is a great highlight! Maybe I came on a off-season time, so enjoyed a very quiet experience here. The location of this hotel is about 10mins walking away from Kii-Katsuura JR station. Short walk to the market and wharf.

Very good customer service and hot spring”
Everything is good, except the location is very far from the airport or Osaka. It's really countryside. Although it's far away, but the view of this hotel is great with seaview, air so fresh, the hot spring is awesome! I appreciate the General Manager in this hotel follows up all my need, even guide me to the room.

Nice view, nice, nice dinner”
The dinner included in the room price is so nice. Hot spring bath is nice. There is a souvenir shop in the hotel. Though the receptionist doesn't speak good English, I still recommend this hotel.

This hotel had a wonderful and helpful staff. The views are amazing and the location is great for the gorgeous ocean that’s right outside the hotel and the boardwalk that leads you to the amazing tide pools. This is also a close location to Nachi Falls and the surrounding area (about 10 min by taxi). The hotel itself hasn’t been maintained, the rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite old. The bathroom had mold around the shower and had no ventilation. The towels they gave you us were paper thin and stained. Both dinner and breakfast came with our stay. If they remodeled the hotel I would be back.

We stayed for two nights but both breakfast and dinner buffet items are not changed. Normally there should be several changing food choices in order to attract customers to stay more than 1 night. Besides, a leftover housekeeping towel left in our room.

Dinner was a bit rushed”
Dinner is served in the Japanese style room. However, the table set up for dinner and serving of the food was very rushed. Maybe our server had other rooms to go to? It didn't set a good pace for us to enjoy the dinner. Besides that the front desk was very helpful.

Nice place with sea view ”
Going to Nachi fall and bus stop is nearby train station. Hotel is only few minutes walk from the station. Overall wonderful stay

Accidentally forced to book another hotel and we got surprised!”
We originally booked another hotel but forced to change booking to this hotel finally. This hotel is fantastic of most of the aspect~~ - the staff there were super friendly and helpful - worth of money, as our stay included both breakfast and dinner( buffet breakfast, one buffet dinner and one dinner in our room), comprehensive choice of food and very satisfied traditional Japanese dinner set - hot spring was nice with beautiful sea view - ideal choice of stay if you will travel by car as lots of free parking space there - Room is spacious with sea view

What an awful place. Seems nothing was renewed since the 1970th. The room was smelly and so was the onsen. The place would be okay if the room was 80 USD. But it was 230 USD a night. Don't stay there.

The kaiseki dinner is very good. The Onsen is large and clean (also have open-air onsen next to the sea and cold pool). The room is clean and very larger even for the smallest room in hotel

It was amazing!!”
We were greated by very friendly staff once we reached the hotel. The rooms were big and clean. We enjoyed the outdoor bath. There were at least7 courses for dinner every night. We were given a private room to dine in and we were again served by friendly staff. The foods were amazing and fresh and there was not a single repetition in dishes during our stay. One of our family members was sick on the last day and could not have heavy meal. They were very caring and offered him specially made congee with plums. This is an amazing traditional hotspring hotel and we would highly recommend to people who want to experience japanese culture.

Impressive for all senses”
Pro: - English-speaking staff is available and helpful. - Room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. (I stayed in a Japanese-styled room on main building, which is supposed to be the smallest, but it is quite large and comfortable for me.) - Hot spring baths are fantastic, especially the outdoor one. - Dinner and breakfast are both delicious. (I have kaiseki dinner served in my room, and buffet breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.) - Sea view and sound of the wave are superb. - Hotel staff can call a taxi for you. Location is near Kii-Katsuura Station; 7-10 mins by walking, or 2-3 min by taxi. Con: - Price is reasonable, but rather on expensive side. - WIFI is available only in the hotel's lobby and nearby area. Not in my room.
