We spent a weekend in the hotel and it was charming. We got upgraded to a superior room, we were offered two small bottles of red wine, which was placed in our room. All staff that we met, including reception, spa, housekeeping, restaurant were exceptionally polite and qualified. I can highly recommend stating in this hotel!

Very quiet location and clean hotel”
The hotel is lovely and the facilities are great. There are 3 outdoor pools (one is for families with kids) and there is also an indoor pool. The place is very clean. The buffet breakfast is abundant and all the food was very tasty.

We were really lucky with the value of our stay, making the Kempinski a great place to stay on Gozo. All the staff are friendly and helpful, though their competence and efficiency is not consistent. In a 5 star hotel, the expectation is top class, excellent, inobtrusive service, which was not always the case. This is a very nice hotel, though 4 star, not 5.

Nice facilities, even though alot of the machines, and equipment in the gym is old. The Swimming pool felt a little nasty, since at opening hours they were still cleaning and pulling dirt around the floor. It's quite far from the city centre, but the surroundings are pretty nice. The rooms are spacious, and clean.

Stayed with family, overall room great, pool ok but limited with the rules. Parking easy underground, issues only same generous buffet and breakfast daily, no changes, after 3 days began to be very repetitive.Shame to not expand or change something daily. room service , Gazebo and pool service all worked well. Staff generally very hard working and mostly 90 % on a internship. Great shout out to excellent Rajad for room HK daily. And Super charming front desk team. Overall easy relax and just needs F&B eyes on for entertaining breakfast menu . Overall v good value and location.

From morning to night, Restaurant, pool side and guest room in any occasion, we really enjoyed this hotel. Well educated staff especially seasonal student workers are fresh and well trained. Some local worker we found little rude though. One point we regret was SPA, I purchased Facial course, it was ridiculously expensive but no explanation of treatment and no guide for after-care. Person who talked was local Maltese staff who did not guide me right course (though I explained what I want) and staff who treated actual course was seems a Russian? Lady that I did not understand a word of her… , So I felt that I drained all expensive cosmetic to the pool. Don’t go to Spa.
