I said before I left the hotel that, luxurious can be found anywhere but friendly staff all the time is difficult to find and keep. Hassan was the first one to welcome us. We were in the mood of talking and he was interactive, smiling , friendly, and very helpful. Although there was a customer waiting for us but he did not hurry us up or distracted. He was fully focusing with us until we are done. The house keeping Nevein, from her first moment entering the room she was keen to make us feel home, with a smile and genuine feelings of care. These employees are treasure to any business. Keep them and dont let them go. Thank you

I didn’t like how the staff handled any issue they will not have and other options if u have an issue with room or with something you have it and they took it for you... the room not clean daily as it should be in 5 star hotel

The Kempinski Summerland is a very nice hotel, with modern facilities and clean rooms. The distinguishing attribute, however, is the staff with their professional and courteous approach to residents’ needs. We tried practically most services and aere satisfied. Definitely a place to come back to.
