Kanon hotell med skön säng och super fint rum. Bra badrum med allt man kan behöva. Trevlig personal som är hjälpsamma med att tipsa om var man ska gå och göra.

My Hong Kong stay”

I liked the hotel. It was clean, very well kept. Good reception. I did not have any breakfast as I left early so I can not say anything concerning foodfacilities. The staff made it very comfortable and created a good atmosphere. The place was not so central as I thought but one could find some nice shops and restaurants in the neigbourhood. Quick checkin and checkout. I liked the hotel and if I return to HongKOng I could easily return to the hotel as well. I recommend it to friends and working mates.

Excellent hotel in good location ”

A very relaxed, comfortable hotel where every member of staff was attentive, friendly and helpful. The executive rooms were spacious and well equipped. Housekeeping was top notch and with great communication. The included mini bar was very handy and the "lounge" facilities in the bar each evening were fabulous as the bar was very relaxing with great music and ambiance. Food both at breakfast and in the bar was great. The chefs were always checking if you had everything you needed. I will definitely stay here again when in HK.

Our Favourite Hotel”

It almost pains me having to write such a great review of the hotel knowing this might mean that more people will book it, but here we are. A stay at Kew never disappoints. Check in and check out is fast as efficient and the first thing notice is the wonderful smell of ginger lilies (?). The rooms are always very clean and quiet. This is our favourite staycation hotel and being people who live on Lamma, a great city stay hotel. Bo is also a wonderful and enigmatic figurehead at Kew who provides a warm cheerful welcome.

Best hotel in WanChai”

Value for money this is the best hotel in the WanChai area. The hotel is located in the main WanChai area with access to the metro only 1 block away, the local trams 1 block away and buses outside the door.Our group arrived at 9.00am from a cruise ship and were check in immediately. This was unexpected, we expected to be able to access our rooms around 2.00pm. The rooms were very good with all facilities including a good size fridge and a 6 digit safe. We were located on the 14 floor overlooking the main road. Breakfast is available at a cost and if paid for at the front desk it is cheaper. The best part was the mobile phone that was provided by the hotel for our use. The phone was free and enable free international and local calls, free internet browsing and free Wi-Fi connection to your own phone. Have not ever had this facility made available at any hotel in all our travels.

quick check-in. they change room very quickly when i realize i need a room with bath tub (it seems it’s included in my bookkng as default, but there is bath tub when i got the room). staff are friendly to notify me when i got delivery orders. clean room. good location. high CP. i am sure i will stay again.

Surprisingly good”

Large room and bathroom by HK standards. Pressure on the shower amazing, who needs to go for a massage when you have this in your room ? Equipped with all comforts Staff amazing and very helpful in troubled times- Coronavirus ! Convenience store and many restaurants within a stones throw. Always stay 5 star hotels in HK but will defo stay here next time with no hesitation

Utmärkt”

A well-located hotel in one of Hong Kong's busiest districts. Easy for all transport access and surrounded with amenities such as restaurants, bars, entertainment. My room was of a generous size, clean and well serviced. Restaurant/bar area was spacious and food was of a high standard. Staff were without exception very supportive and efficient without being intrusive. Definitely a place to recommend to other travellers.

Great position and excellent staff”

The position is very good, close to tram , MTR train station, bus, many restaurants close by. Supermarkets and local markets are close. The staff were all very helpful with requests handled very promptly. A request to the front desk was met with a knock on the door 2 minutes later. The housemaids were all very helpful and cheerful. We had an excellent stay and can highly recommend this hotel

Great Location, Staff and Extras near Convention Center!”

Loved this place and value with gym, restaurants, great breakfast buffet, wonderful night life and drinks, clean room with amazing views, and great location near the Convention Center area. I will be back!

What can I say about this great hotel? Plenty, it seems! Besides its obviously great location, what sets it apart from other hotels in the vicinity is the impeccable service of its friendly staff. They made my wife and I feel right at home. Love it! 5* experience! I/We will certainly come back again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Really great value for money. Staff were extra friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. My bed was really bad - in desperate need of a new mattress. I did let them know upon check out and they did say they would have happily changed rooms if I'd let them know earlier, so that my fault for not saying anything. The air conditioner in the room is also really loud but it didn't worry me. The location is brilliant, heaps of nice cafes close by and it's so easy to get to the airport from there. The late check out is a bonus too. If I could be guaranteed a better mattress I'd stay there again. :-)

Clean, new, quiet”

Less than 5 min walk from Wanchai MTR. Eateries nearby. New and clean. Room was large by HK standard, plenty of space for luggage, coffee table, work desk etc. Big toilet with bathtub. Very pleased.

great No Frills hotel”

Great basic hotel. Very clean. Very stylish. Great location in middle of Hong Kong island. It's near pubs and noodle houses. Close to MTR.

Quarantine stay”

We picked this hotel for Our quarantine stay and it turned out to be a good choice. The staff was very helpful and there were enough choices with local restaurants that would provide free, timely deliveries. The European movies channel as well as the local movie channel turned out to be such a lifesaver. There were plenty of great art films on the Euro channel and we watched em all! It really saved us from killing each other, as staring into one another’s face continuously for 14 days is quite a challenge for any couples. Our service lady on our floor was just great and really thoughtful, going the extra miles to make sure we get our needs met as much as possible. We really appreciated their great service and wonderful attitudes to make this quarantine as painless as possible. Highly recommended for your stay. PS: try to get a bigger room if possible.

I got a free upgrade, I was surprised when I saw the room, because that’s a family room, four bed, big room, and the bathtub is big, clean room and the location is great!
