Excellent experience ”
Stay here for 3 days and 2 nights. With three aunties whom are all over 70. They all love this hotel. Staff are friendly, very helpful Foods are excellent n delicious. Everything is clean and tidy. Share this info to all my friends n relatives who will come to Tokyo sooner or later. Hopefully can fly to Tokyo again with family n stay in this hotel again

Hotel location from Tokyo took a while and needed 2 different train routes. This isn't a big issue. We love this hotel, the location is very relaxing. It worth all the effort. The receptionist seems was new empolyed, but our reception ladies was trying hard to help during check in and check out. English seems not working there, but the staffs was still very professional and polite. I was hoping the snack bar could be fill up more often, love there tea and snacks. The view of the elevator was stunning, especially the sunset! There were a nice big corner with huge window that you can enjoy quiet time and the view. Onsen was good, the view was nice. Morning onsen freshen up the day!! Thank you for the free mini ice bar! Room was on a good size, very comfortable, although there isn't any special view at the window. Sure will stay again!!

Good place to stay for ladies. Live updates on crowd situation for the hot spring, breakfast restaurant and even the laundry room. Segregated laundry rooms and hot springs for opposite sex. Clean room that feels like a studio apartment less the kitchen. Wonderful Japanese breakfast buffet if you are into raw seafood don. Downside of it, location where the hotel is situated does cost more to travel on the metro. 12mins ride to Daiba. Overall it’s a pretty cool place to stay at.

Nice, clean hotel with large rooms and several facilities. HOWEVER....when I booked this hotel, I did so based on the beautiful onsen on the top floor. I thoroughly read the hotel's website for the tattoo policy, there was nothing listed. Upon check-in, the information policy for onsen use also stated nothing about tattoos. When I entered the actual onsen, there was a large sign stating NO TATTOOS and I was not allowed to enter. I completely understand and respect Japan's outdated "rule" on no tattoos. But I feel that this needs to be mentioned somewhere, on the website, or upon arrival at least. Especially in a modern, supposed tourist friendly hotel. I certainly would not have booked this hotel knowing I could not use the onsen. When we asked the staff about this, they said it was a Japanese rule. On top of all of this, we were asked to pay an "onsen tax" upon our check out. We spoke to a manager and finally got them to remove the tax. This and the fact that we were denied entrance into the hotel cafe, being told it was full. We asked if we could wait and we were told no, we had to leave. Not a very good experience for a hotel of this price, size and location to tourist attractions (Toyosu fish market, Team Lab and Tokyo Garden Theater).

It's a one year old hotel. Staff is helpful but quite limited in English. Parking is convenient. Fishing market next door is nice for going for brunch

Very new hotel. Once you figure out the public transport, it's very easy to travel into Tokyo proper. We kept our car in the hotel car park and traveled around the city. Lovely

Really Relaxing Place to Stay”
This was a really relaxing place to stay. It's off a little away from the busy part town where it's nice and quite but still only a <$30USD taxi ride away from Ginza and two short stations away from Toyosu. Great location to relax and enjoy the wonderful onsens on site which also has beautiful views. Whatever bad reviews about check in a long time ago when the place open looks like have been solved. Check in was easy enough using the automated machines. Would stay here again to relax while not straying too far from central Tokyo.

A stylish hotel with excellent service”
Great design and stylish, Kiosk check-in are so convenient and the hot spring was marvellous. Close to Toyosu market and Gudam base. a few stops can go to Toyosy station where you can find a Super Big Aeon and A hugh shopping mall

Nice view & clean”
Location is close to metro with nice view. Close to Toyosu market as well for breakfast/lunch even it is a little bit far from city but it is worth. Room has enough space to fully open two luggages at the same time Facility like public bath is clean & have enough space. Will stay here for sure next time.
