A good hotel but noisy place because of approximity to main road by speeding and noisy vehicles ”

They had better rooms with balcony. Too bad paid for sea view but did not get that. Deal was twisted a bit. Would book for that again.

Personal touch”
Liked the hotel, had nice sea view and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Gina on the front desk. Would definitely visit again.

Not isolated Doors !”
My view was on the side of the sea ..! There is a very busy street there .. I couldn’t sleep for two knights because of the noise! The balcony door was so worn-out ! Not isolated the sounds and it was booming all the night because the weather was windy!! Thanks for the staff only .

a weekend in Kuwait with kids ”
made the trip from Saudi to get out of the Bahrain fatigue. hotel is well located near the corniche. on arrival they don't have great signage I thought it was ladies salon that is more prominently identified. the staff are courteous on arrival. the seats at reception need to be resprung and I told them that. room is well finished bed and pillows super comfy. shower water pressure great too. parking is easy. the only downside is wifi. they need to upgrade it. keeps dropping out. there is excellent cafe nearby We all loved Madison and Haig that is a short walk. there is a burger place out front of hotel that looks good but we didn't get to try. the kids enjoyed the beach which is across the road. and got their dose of seawater and sandcastles. will return to this hotel again at the good rate it had.

Scandinavian tourist”
Middle of the road hotel. Located in city centre of Kuwait. Lots of traffic outside. The staff is the best assest for this hotel. Very pleasant,friendly and helpful staff. Close location to the old Kuwait, the Souq. Very poor internet connection. No English newspapers available in the hotel. Old TV in room with low grade picture quality. Room windows very dirty from outside. Our room was located close to the neighbouring Mosque, which woke us up around 4 am every morning.

Positives Location + Facilities. Negatives The rooms not like my booking very old in website the hotel and rooms modern but infact differnces . when i get the room the air condition very noisy dierctly i get to reseption to change my room and they answered not availability and we will be repair the problem but nor repaired just tell me kept the fan low and I have to sleep with it

The Hotel wifi is really bad. even already put requirement that need good wifi, finally it is the worst I have stayed in Kuwait. Please try to improve this.

I was not feeling comfortable with bellows they are using thus I had backache . Hotel lacks comfort when it comes to bed it's not what is expected from 4 stars hotel. In addition, no clear signal for the TV and again it's an entire disappointment.
