You can't sleep because of many reasons: 1. The sound of a minibar fridge in the room! too loud. 2. The sound of the neighbor's room shower is very loud. 2. Despite asking for a quiet room! unfortunately, you will not find it if you have noisy neighbors beside you. 3. Thanks to the receptionist who change our room, but, unfortunately, the fridge and showers sound won't let you sleep in other rooms. Hopefully, my notes will be taken into consideration by the management and owners, for future changes.

Food is sucks,no juice, beer or any coca cola included on the meal package.Room a little bit outdated, elevator not working. They give us different room that we booked. Not worth any penny. It will ruined your vacation if you stay here.

Very poorly maintained”
Very poorly maintained - walls crumbling - ceiling lights fell out of holders, in room safe broken, water on floor of corridor with towel being used as a makeshift dam to stop more water coming from maintenance cupboard (it was still there the next day) - don’t be fooled by the superior room description - all their rooms are the same (as confirmed at reception) - very small and in need of decoration and even though had asked for one large bed ended up with two singles and no other rooms available.

Staff polite but unhelpful in answering questions. The sun deck is neglected and totally inaccessible for people with problems of mobility. The hotel is located 15-20 minutes walk from the nearest beach making transport for older people on a hot summer’s day problematic for older people without a car.My room was clean, small but with enormous storage space. Meals are self service. Good range of salads and main course and tasty. The hotel is shabby and needs major renovation. The swimming pool with spacious lawns is pleasant and clean but in need of repairs to its plastic covered edges. I stayed at the Leornado Inn in the off season I’d November there were significant price cuts . The hotel is okay for visitors on a shoe string budget. I would give it 2-3 stars.

The staff are amazing but there are limits how far they can go with veru old un maintained hotel. The room we walk in wasn't clean the rubbish from the previous guests was still there when we arrived. The second room smelt of cigarette. Too far from the beach front,( and you have to pay for the services) no pool or any other dead sea facilities. Upon leaving the front desk asked 'how was our stay' when I answered 'bad' her reply was okay. Not sure how it's got the ratings at the moment.

Lowest Price in Ein Bokek ”
Older but decent hotel a few minute walk from the Dead Sea and the public beaches The breakfast and dinner buffets we're good. Check in was smooth. Staff was helpful and quick to respond when my key got jammed in the lock. Plenty of shopping at the nearby mall Only problem for me was the noise from the nearby bar but that quieted by 10PM. Also for those traveling by Egged bus 444 or 486 from Jerusalem,its the first stop In Ein Bokek. A good alternative to the much higher priced hotels if you're on a budget.

Good value for money”
The location is walking distance from bus stop, dead sea beach and malls. Each room has a veranda facing dead sea which is nice. Staff are quick for checking in and out. The pool was under maintenance when we were there but we were given a voucher to access the spa and pool services in another hotel. The room is tidy and clean. You can hear sounds though from people talking outside. But overall, it was a great stay and with breakfast and dinner included.

Great Value”
We were looking for a cheap option for one night in the dead sea and Leonardo Inn was perfect. Dinner and breakfast was included and complimentary dead sea products! We were greeted warmly and even able to check in slightly early. We also had complimentary access to the facilities and pool at the Leonardo Hotel just a 10-minute drive away. Definitely recommend for those on a shoestring budget who want to enjoy the beauty of the dead sea.

Very old hotel, with old facilities, Bathroom without any ventilation, Spring beds and carpets that have seen better days They put us on the 1'st floor, where heavy noise troubled us during the night, and noon time when we tried to get some sleep All and all - not a good experience

Très près de la mer Morte, possible d’accéder à la plage publique ou de se rendre au Leonardo Club qui est à 4-5 kilomètres en voiture. Des navettes sont également disponibles. Les repas sont excellent, le buffet est varié et copieux (Petit-déjeuner et soiper inclus). Le personnel de la réception n’offre vraiment pas l’accueil que nous souhaitons avoir dans un hôtel de ce prix... les installations ont un certain âge, cependant le rapport-qualité prix est très bien!

Pleasantly surprised”
Dinner and breakfast is a great plus for this hotel. After a full day of sight seeing it was great not to have to go out and look for a place to eat. Up early the next morning to see Masada it was nice to have a breakfast and go. A/C was not turned on yet and the room was stuffy. Left the sliding glass door open and had a few insects buzzing around. Room is fine, showers were hot, staff was easy to work with.

From the moment we walked into the place, the front desk was unprofessional and also the supervisor as well. The elevator going to our room needed major maintenance issue. The carpet needed to be changed.

degenerated - not worth the money”
The Leonardo Inn, (not to be mixed with the Leonardo Club which is a really nice hotel) is a rather small hotel around 1km away from the coastal street, where most of the other hotels are. The rooms are very small, the carpets are worn out and the sanitary facilities outdated. Dinner and breakfast are mediocre. The whole hotel would need an extensive refurnishing. Especially for this high prices, this hotel is a stay not worth at all. Chose one of the big hotels directly at the Dead Sea and you definitely enjoy your stay much more.

Dissapointing!”
We returned to the room to find that it had not been cleaned. We reported this to the front and were told that it would be done while we were eating dinner. We returned to find that shampoo and towels had been left on the table, but the bed had not been made and the room had not been cleaned. It was finally cleaned late at night after having to go to the front several times. There were several good hotels in the immediate vicinity, and we enjoyed the spa at one of those. We would go back to the area, but not the same hotel.
