Guam's Hidden Palace”
Leopalace Resort has always been a symbol of the south of Guam. Where many businesses and hotels choose to locate more northern for customers, Leopalace solidifies itself as a southern gem located in the mountains of Yona. Conveniently located for both locals and tourists, the resort offers clean and modern rooms with friendly customer service. Due to the pandemic, the resort has taken a hit in terms of visitors and some vendors have had to close down. Luckily, the restaurant Eataliano made our stay more luxurious and that they still have the energy to celebrate the holidays makes the place scream loudly, "We're not out of this yet!" making Leopalace an excellent stay on Guam.

Exceptional”
This hotel is one of the best I've ever stayed at, and of the 4 hotels I've stayed at in Guam, it is my favorite. It has gorgeous facilities and workers who go above and beyond and who are very friendly. The pool was a great place to relax. The golf course was well kept and beautiful. The restaurant had a delicious menu and great servers. There is also a recreation room to play table tennis, pool, and darts. Everything was very clean, and the amenities were excellent. The only downside was the distance from the airport and town due to the lack of public transportation. If we had had a rental car, it would've been easier to get around. All in all I'd recommend this hotel 100%!

Security is very strict-if you have visitors coming in they need to provide a Room# & the name of the person under. Otherwise, they will have to keep calling you & you can’t enjoy your time. The facilities/hotel are very old and needs a major renovation. Small fridge isn’t cold enough to keep your food fresh for the next day. The shower drainer gets clogged easily. The pool isn’t opened at exact 0900am. Every room has a minimum of 2 kids. 5-11 ages are free but for additional company has extra charges at the hotel. Everything has extra FEES in this hotel as if they were very BUSY. We checked in at Easter weekends and only 3 family had checked in that day. Majority of the places are closed eg, cafe & some of the restaurant and the bowling area. The pool looks old and needs renovation as well. I recommend to simply check in at TUMON hotels way better!!! Location is a bit far from central area, but there are shuttles and if you rent a car that'll get you around. The facility itself is like it's own small city. Very nice bedrooms and beautiful view!

We had a really nice time on this property. The staff are a bit less than caring but for a three day two night trip, we had a lot of fun at the pool with the kids and would consider going again.

Beautiful grounds, far from town and beaches”
This hotel was lovely, but when I booked I didn't realise it was so far from everything. This is a golf resort, and that's what people have come to do. With that said, there are regular shuttles into town, and the staff is really helpful; they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met.

Disappointing”
The room was old and had mold in the bathroom; they also charge a $100 deposit which may take 2 weeks to get credited back. Room wasn't ready on time and no early check in or use of the pool until check in. The bowling alley was nice but expensive and charged per person each game. I would not recommend staying here.

Cons- location a very big con. It’s far and you could get stuck or pay 20+usd just to go to somewhere nearby. There is a shuttle bus run so that alleviate BUT it’s most pickup drop off at agana(not nice mall) or Guam plaza(main area). Here’s my gripe. They drop off to GPO and KMART BUT DO NOT PICKUP AT THESE LOCATIONS which doesn’t make sense since you are there dropping people off. Maybe they don’t want the luggage in the cabin but that ridiculous because the shuttle bus is mostly empty. This alone makes the Hotel not recommend UNLESS you have a rental car. It costs 50usd one way to get to this hotel or back so you are looking at 100usd cost round trip added to your stay. Of course other places have cost as well but this is high. The local STROLLGUAM app is slightly cheaper than taxi but the app is bad and they rip me off money and refuse to refund the cost therefore making it not cheaper than a taxi. Pro- room are old but at least big. Only stay here if you have a car rental.

The rooms are huge but old. Need to have a car rental as it’s in the middle of nowhere. Big property. 50usd to get there oneway. 30usd from GPO one way. You can rack up a lot of costs in transportation. There is shuttle but doesn’t pickup at GPO Or KMART so it’s bad. If you will golf or stay at the resort pool which is so so then it’s an okay stay. Mandatory car rental I can’t stress enough. I looked up and it will talk a one hour walk to get into the main road on unlit road. Shuttle or taxi but shuttle needs to pick up at GPO and Kmart not just drop off. That’s poor service. Taxis are just too expensive on Guam and this place is far!

Decent place to stay for family trip”
The resort itself is in a remote mountain area, but downtown is only 20 minutes away by driving. It seems that rooms are sound-proof and conveniently renovated. Resort is a good choice if you are planning to cook light meals using microwave. It was a satisfactory stay overall. One pitfall was that it was extremely difficult to get room cleaning service. They were irresponsove of our cleaning request for two consecutive days. We were managed to get our room cleaned only on the last day. Except for this room cleaning issue, it was generally a decent stay.

Stayed two nights over the weekend at a mountain view twin bed room. After a busy work in downtown for a while, being isolated from the busy area made me very comfortable. Even the hotel is located in the mountain area, most of daily life functions and a lot of entertainment facility are accompanied to this hotel. Awesome golf course, nice water pools which kids can also enjoy, convenient shop with full set of commodities, laundry machine, restaurant, bar, bowling ally, kids play room, karaoke, etc. Not to mention, the beautiful georama view from the rooms was breathtaking. And if you ever need a ride to downtown area, they offer an hourly shuttle bus back and forth. I'm definitely planning to take my family to this place next travel to Guam.

Worst stay ever”
The pictures of Leo palace resort is not the same as you get there. The only thing that was ok was the inside of the room. I really want to take out door pictures with my kids. But the hotel look was so dirty. They need to water blast the hotel and repaint it. The pool was dirty as well they had yellow build up in the inside of the pool I swiped my feet on it and it come off. So I don’t know what’s so hard about cleaning it.
