We really enjoyed our stay. Chefchaouen is peaceful and a great place to visit. Staying at this riad made the whole experience even better. The kind staff booked us into a room at the top with a terrace. The view was beautiful. Nice breakfast!

most other reviewers have already pointed out the positive aspects—nicely designed, not kitschy, friendly and helpful staff. I have little to add, except that I really liked the upstairs room at the end of the walkways (doors to both sides) as it takes the whole side of the riad without anyone walking by so could leave windows open. a downstairs and upstairs room—I suppose listed as suites—have their own separate courtyard/lightwell and those also looked rather nice.

The staff should be highly commended for their all around efforts to make our stay amazing. They went above and beyond to make a 50th birthday trip of the three of us into a life time cherished memory. Houda, Hanae, Radia, Bahija, Wiam and Abdrabhim were all friendly, professional, kind, extraordinary hosts. The hotel has so many unique rooms and floors. We ate in twice on a roof top deck, great food, lovely mint tea and all the touches that make a difference. They helped with questions navigating the local stores and restaurants and the hammam and pool were amazing. I can't highly recommend enough.

Most Comfortable Bed in Morocco?”
Certainly heed all the warnings about access...this place is tricky to get to and only accessible on foot so only carry a small bag and the walk up through the medina won't be any problem. I shall be voting it the best night's sleep in terms of bed comfort, quality linen and pillows! Staff are friendly and helpful and if you haven't experienced a hammam yet then certainly do your body a favour. The hammam 'attendant' (for want of a better word) is exceptional! The pool is wonderfully ambient as is the entire Riad. We took dinner on the terrace and our chicken tagine was definitely one of the best in two weeks. Probably not a good choice of accommodation if you have accessibility issues as there are lots of stairs. Would happily stay here again.

Love this Riad, nice location, friendly staff, Ibrahim is worth to mention as he's very professional when checking us in and providing necessary help during 4 days stay, got a room on the rooftop with great view, overall a lovely Riad and highly recommended.

Amazing place in Chefchaouen. ”
I really loved my stay at the Lina Ryad and Spa. The views of the mountains and city from the terrace are amazing. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and accomodating. The location of the property a short walk from the main plaza is excellent. I had dinner at the riad one night, the food was excellent. Breakfasts (included) were very good, included a nice variety of fresh fruits, breads, yogurt, etc... It was my favorite place to stay during my two week trip around Morocco. Room S5, attached to the terrace was outstanding.

Our stay at Lina was good. I would say that it needs a little TLC to bring it up to superb status. The room safe didn't work, the shower door leaked, the electric socket in the bathroom didn't have a cover. The mattress was very hard, but, it was our first stay in our journey so we had jet lag and we both fell asleep as soon as we hit the pillow! The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast area is very conducive to talking to your fellow travelers! Also, sounds echo A LOT; there was A LOT of noise from the lobby until fairly late in the evening.

luxurious but overrated ”
The hotel is certainly very luxurious however for the price you can find places in town which are far cheaper and have great services to...I was disappointed to not get a room at the front of the hotel and end up with a room at the rear .. I was also told that I could book a hamman once I got there only to find out that it was fully booked ...the staff did resolve it but according to the type of riad it was not what I expected...however the swimming was luxurious according to the riad ...As a conclusion two positive things cleanliness and great breakfast....negative : price and service...

Beautiful Hotel”
Wonderful. Love the facilities, staff was helpful and courteous, beautiful rooms and common areas. Only down sides: wifi was slow in rooms, only usable in public spaces. Spa treatments are all done by one women, who will not massage men. So everything will take twice as long, if you come with a partner, and no massages for men. Otherwise, perfect stay!

Staff go out if their way to make you happy they are just amazing. Especially Radia and Ibrahim. They were just the best hosts I have ever met. I will recommend everyone to stay there. You can't go wrong! Location is perfect and Ryat is super clean, not a fly in sight! Will stay again.
