Very nice hotel with comfortable public transport. ”
We took 2 rooms for family of three persons and for couple. The rooms were clean, quite and compfortable. The staff was politely and helpful. Near the hotel are two supermarkets, cafe and restaurant. The neighborhood is nice and clean. Near the hotel 2 stations: tram N. 38 and bus N. 39A. I'll definitely recomend this hotell to my friends.

The reception is very accommodating with our requests such as early check-in and request for printing of documents. They had two bottles of water and beer already cooling in the ref made available to us, free of charge. The rooms are nice, there is a good kitchen, and there are ample sockets. This hotel is a bit far from the city center but is still accessible as it is very near the train station. There is a Supermarket Billa and a Spar Gourmet in the hotel complex. I highly recommend this hotel!

Dont Book With Agoda”
Agoda will always trick you during the booking process with a bait and switch schemes. They show items included in the price but then they vanish once you paid. There is absolutely no way to reach customer support. You will be banging your head against a mindless robot, no email no local phone number... Very very very poor experience....

Our Stay at Living Hotel Kaiser Franz Jospeh in May 2019”
The Hotel is located close to Dobling train stn (5 min walk) and will take approx 1 hr to Vienna (city central). The staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Rooms are only cleaned on Wednesday & Saturday (which was a surprise) we expected our bins emptied daily. When we asked for our room to be cleaned we were told yes, no problem only to return to the room not cleaned & then told later it is only cleaned twice a week. Should have just told us this from the beginning. A broken chair was not repaired after 4-5 times asking for it to be repaired, only to be taken away and not replaced. There are 4-5 supermarkets nearby and you can cook/prepare in you room..There is also a laundromat to do washing-good value for money. The gym was very disappointing with exercise bikes & only a few pieces of equipment (1 x out of order). Restaurants closed in this area on Sundays. If you want sightseeing & save time stay in the city. Front desk staff could not print anything for us

Room nice and fairly modern. Liked the little kitchen but thetecwas only a tea spoon for cutlery. A few knives, forks, table spoons and a corkscrew would have been good. Bathroom was great. TV didn't seem to have any UK news channels but this wasn't a major issue. Parking cost me 18 Euros per 24 hours, which I felt was worth it as the car park

Easy to get to from airport and city centre with tram, train and bus stops close-by. (20min journey to city centre) Very nice room with lovely fridge with comp water and beer (very welcome) - bathrooms clean and stocked with toiletries. Beds very comfy - but may need extra pillows. Overall a great place to stay and would be back in a heartbeat.

Tge room had a mix of everything for every kind of traveller. A desk and chair, a tiny kitchen. Cute little arrangement. A very comfortable stay and the place was well connected to all the tourist attractions.

All I have to say is 500 euros were stolen from my wallet within the hotel and the hotel staff was completely useless in providing any help to fine the offenders. I am still waiting to hear from them - no response was ever received. Really bad service.

Nice location: a bit outside of the center of the city but still very easy to reach the main locations via tram. It was nice that it was in a quiet part of Vienna a bit away from the touristy parts. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Rooms could use irons (but that's just my though as a business traveler). Other than that, the rooms were terrific. Mini bar service (2 beers and 2 waters daily) was perfect. Very good value for the money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
