Loved this hotel, great location, so easy to use and access. The rooms are small but well thought out and planned. The staff were amazing and supplied us everything we could possibly need including individual beauty products to me for our whole stay. I didn't use any of my own cleansers or night creams because theirs were so good. The hotel cleanliness is what will bring me back. You could trust everything was cleaned, they even buff the bathroom mirror so that your hot shower (we went in winter) doesn't fog up your vanity mirror!! Who thinks of that?! The hotel also had a currency exchange machine in the lobby and 2 convenience shops. It also has a laundry on one of the floors, we did our washing mid week and everything was dry the next day! And the toilets were the best, i miss those the most!

Excellent quality for money”
Pros: --Clean and spacious room and bathroom, compared to other similar priced hotels in Tokyo. It also had a couch to sit and lay down. --Friendly and conscientious staff. When we declined room cleaning, they brought many items, such as towels, coffee packs, slippers, sleeping gowns, and some more every day. Interestingly, the female front desk staff seemed to be Chinese or South Korean with Japanese accent. Lotte is a South Korean company. --Nice view from the 13th floor room, including from our bathroom which had a large fortified see-through glass to see outside or inside (there is a blinder)! :) --Very convenient location near two JR Sobu line and Hanzomon line and many restaurants and stores. Cons: --Not really, but for some reason, the bathroom sink was sometimes dripping water to the floor when we were not using the sink.

Definitely Rooms were bigger compared to most japanese hotels. Said small double bed but we got a king size one. my baby who just started walking had a plenty space to roam around the room. Can fit big luggages in our room. We got a nice room view of the sky tree tower. Left some stuff but they kept and have it delivered to a friend in japan. Right above the tokyo metro subway and few steps from the Jr line Kinshicho station.. surrounded with 5 malls and cheap eats.. daily supply of chocolates in our rooms ❤️❤️❤️ .. surely we are going to stay here again on our next tokyo visit..

Beautiful hotel in a great location”
This is right above Kinshicho Station and there's actually a subway entrance in the basement, which is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful - rooms and facilities - and the staff very pleasant. The room was extremely thoroughly cleaned each day. We had the breakfast included and it was delicious and had a range of options.

I enjoyed my trip in tokyo,and i would like to recommended this place. Nice staff,nice location, nearby tokyo skytree,asakusa and just around 20 minutes reach tokyo dianeyland. Strategic location and with both Train station which is Subway and JR lines. Easy access from the hotel basement. Dont worry hungriness during midnight Because alot of restaurant still operating after 1am just opposite the road. Highly recommended here and i feel enjoyable staying here.

loved the location, the station is underneath the hotel, the hotel is close to a mall, a public garden and another station near by, a 7-eleven is also very close to the hotel, just on a different floor of the hotel. clean and enjoyed my stay very much.

My favourite hotel in Tokyo”
The location of this hotel is excellent as it is closed to the JR station. There are shopping malls and restaurants around and the 24 hours supermarket is closed to the hotel. The breakfast is improved much as compared with my first time visit few years ago. Extremely happy to get a special price from Agoda this time.

If your next arrival at Narita Airport, this hotel no need a transfer train to reach it. The location of this hotel with various of shopping malls, and access to train station(JR / Tokyo Metro) in walking distance! Surprisingly the basement floor for this hotel building will connect you the the tunnel (one of the various exit/entrance) for Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line! Awesome

The price and location is the best among the whole journey, recommend by a Japanese friend, so we booked it with 3 nights very early in a very cheap price, everything is just prefect, bathroom and living room have enough space, view from the room is Fantastic, the hotel is connect to a subway line, Disney land bus station only 2mins walking distance, will stay again next time.

This hotel have great location & near mall & Jr station, if you hungry at midnight just go down theres seven eleven & walking distance this location have 24 hours resto. Good choice to stay while in Tokyo

Amazing hotel, far from main attractions, however hotel is right above metro/subway. Breakfast was very nice, and room was very clean. Hotel in general was very clean. Recommend this to others. I would love to stay here again.

I'm very statisfied with this hotel, near to train station, alot off shopping centre, will booking again this hotel. But remark for hotel, pillow need to change or upgrade is too soft, every morning when wake up sure neck pain. I hope hotel management will look into it. Overall I'm very statisfied. Thank u so much
