Bra vistelse. Wi-Fi fungerade mycket dåligt. Personalen hävdade att vi inte hade frukost inkluderat - det löste sig efter ett tag. Utcheckning tog ca 30 min!!

Mycket bra. Över förväntningarna.Hotellet ligger centralt med endast 5 min promenad till Rådhusplatsen, Tivoli och Ströget. Bra hotellrum med pentry,relaxrum o separat sovrum. Fin och bra frukosrestaurang. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Utcheckning från kl. 12.00 o möjlighet att förvara bagaget efter.

Beautiful hotel with great facilities & cosy rooms”
The facilities here with the pool, the gym and the roof terrace are exceptional. Rooms are perfectly put together making use of the space available and with a cosy Scandi feel. Location is a little away from the centre but close to the lakes for a nice morning run.

Met our needs for a 2 nights stay”
Room was smaller than expected but for 2 night stay, it was sufficient. The kitchenette was compact, so would be ok if just to microwave food and cook simple meals. The hotel's lift is really small and can only manage to squeeze 4-5 people, and too small to fit a pram and whole family so would need to take 2 different lifts. View we have a city select pram and cant fit into the lift, we had to dismantle or carry up and down the stairs. For the price we paid, it was value for money. About 15 minutes walk to Tivoli and Stroget.

I stay in Copenhagen a lot - this was my first time staying here - not disappointed at all - nice apartment style room, great breakfast - staff were perfect and flexible. Easy to find from the S-line. All good!

I thought that booking a room for 4 persons despite the fact that I was travelling(3 persons) with my husband and brother means there are 2 rooms to an apt but instead was given a room with a hall in the bed. Very disappointed and i already prepaid for 4 persons and same for breakfast too.

I stayed in the standard room for 3 nights and found the experience rather nice in general. The house rate is agreeable, the room is large enough for four-people-small-gathering, and the staff there indeed show their hospitality in many way. However, the hotel room is not that clean and tidy as the photo may show, and I could even overhear the street bustling and noisy next to my room now and then. It didn't cause any trouble for me, but may did for others. I would recommend this place to my friends travel to copenhagen with limited budget.
